Stayed here for 2 nights and loved the view from our room. So special. The rooms are big and the buffet breakfast was good with eggs cooked to order. The staff are friendly and attentive. There's an indoor heated pool. Good location with many restaurants, spas and North Face shops nearby.

Our room faced the mountain which meant we could see the clouds come and go. We could see down below onto the mountainside and rice paddies. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed those views even when it rained or the mists came. We didn't need adapters for our phones since the outlets accommodated them which wasn't always true in...

Hotel is located very close to central area. Room was very spacious and the Ceiling fan was very nice. View from the room was just out of the world. We planned the trek for 2 days of our stay at Sapa. We got luck and weather was really good, not too sunny. The trek was very scenic, some places you...

After a long and arduous journey you couldn't wish for a better hotel to arrive at. Lovely rooms with fantastic view. Well placed hotel although not positioned on the main street, all the staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast could not be bettered.

Stayed here to visit the area around SaPa. When we were there it was very foggy and slight drizzle. This made the hotel cold. Our room opened onto a balcony from the door overlooking the back streets. Our hotel door opened onto an open internal balcony and when going to have breakfast it was a very cold walk to the...

The hotel itself is quite comfortable, the rooms clean, if a bit dated in style. We had a deluxe room which is split into two areas much like a suite which was good and a balcony, albeit overlooking the roosters everyone talks about in other reviews. We are OK with roosters. Breakfast was very good with a choice of eastern...

I stayed twice in this hotel and it was very relaxing. The design of the room is with dark color and that make you feel warm and relaxing right away when you first arrive. Our room was nice set up with very comfortable large bed. However, the decoration is a bit old fashion. The breakfast is average but the view...

We visited the Chau Long Sapa Hotel for only 1 night and found the rooms very clean and cozy. It was really close to everything and the staff were helpful. The view is absolutely unbelievable (when it's not hidden with fog) and we had quite an enjoyable stay here. Don't expect a sleep in though because the roosters start at...

We stayed for 2 nights. It was pleasant enough if you don't mind the roosters at 0400. Nice breakfast buffet with many options. Standard rooms are fine with HOT showers. Staff very accommodating. Watch out for karaoke in the afternoon if you're trying to nap.
