You always book based on price, feature and location but afterwards you always remember you experience with the staff working there. I'm pleased to say that they are all very helpul, kind and provide a great service. The hotel is well located for trips and walks and also away from the loud night life. I have a great experience at Bamboo Sapa hotel. The thing is to those who arrived early at 5am or 6am they have a standard room to rest and it is not crazily charged you like other hotels. As in that particular arrival in the morning. We are unable to find a hotel at sapa, we need clean hotel as we dont like hostel. But around the hotels they have rooms charged me double. And the hotel i booked Delasol is so crazily charged me 2millions and above. I said i paid for a night fees but they increased the price which is above 2million. Because hotel checked in time is at 2pm. So the whole morning we need to take a good rest in this chill weathed on the 3rd dec early morning. Thats crazy. But Bamboo hotel staff Ms.Huyen are is my savier, She is really knowledgable and professional find a way to sort it out. They charged me yet it is acceptable as so crazily chill out there and when you step in to lobby it is so warmly welcome and feel confortable that is the plus point. And i met the staff called Thanh Huyen, Kai and Julie. They are so workhard and very effective young professional. They work so helpful and having great service from hiring vehicles touring around to sightseeing. I really appreciate and thanks to Ms Huyen she is really a acknowledgable staff in this trip She is the main carefully guided me and helped me day by day till i go back. Cheers! All the best and we will meet again Bamboo Sapa.

Gôn our customer laison was exceptional and we truly enjoyed our time at Bamboo Hotel in Sapa. The hotel is gorgeous and the facilities are fantastic. I enjoyed a workout in the gym on arrival and had a swim in the heated indoor pool. From there a sundowner on the deck with the most stunning views of the mountains was mandatory. The room was magnificently appointed and the breakfast buffet was fit for a small army of social media influencers it was so tasty and colorful. Highly recommend this for a Sapa stop

We had an amazing stay at Bamboo Hotel in Sa Pa! The location is fantastic, close to everything, with beautiful views of the mountains. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to start the day. One of the highlights was the flexibility they offered us – they let us shower and freshen up after our checkout, and they stored our luggage for a full night while we stayed in a nearby village. Special thanks to Mr. Happy, the manager at the front desk, who was extremely helpful and made sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sa Pa!

It was a great experience, we eat kosher and they let us cook in there kitchen and they were very nice. Phuc Hoang was very nice and he knows English very well so it's easy to talk to him. We asked to change the sheets because we wanted to make sure it's clean and they had no problem to change.

We went for the grand mountain delux room which is was very large, clean and had stunning views. Phuc was helpful and organised taxis when we needed them as well as recommending places for dinner. The hotel was more expensive than similar hotels in Hanoi however this seems to be common for Sapa

Stayed for two nights. Location by the hotel on the 5th: on the extreme street, other buildings do not block the view of the mountains, and at the same time the center is 10 minutes on foot. We had a standard room (no balcony). I didn't like the bed - very rigid mattress and pillow. And so the room is spacious, but nothing special... breakfast also seemed standard, I think a lot of things, but I can't say anything particularly delicious.
