This charming one-year-old boutique hotel has only four rooms (2 superior @ $65US and 2 deluxe @ $80US), and is a few steps up from the main road. Both deluxe rooms have a balcony and the superior with balcony is smaller than the superior with no balcony. There is an absolutely lovely garden area with tables and chairs, unfortunately in...

Although we booked this hotel (at $40/night) through hostels.com, this is not a hostel but a beautiful small hotel (that has future plans for expansion). It is located right in the middle of town and across from the small central market. The hotel is beautifully furnished (flat screen TV, minibar, luxurious shower) with a lovely balcony and an amazingly great...

I highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect 10 steeps from the main street but yet so quite. The rooms are very nicely decorated and clean and comfortable. We had a little balcony over looking the garden. The breakfast was the best in our whole trip. You chose as much as you want from a menu, the mango juice...

Tommy and his wife Chai have created a real little haven in Sapa !! They were the most generous hosts we experienced during our 2 weeks of travelling in Vietnam, going out of their way to accommodate our every need with anything from helping us buy local music, arranging treks and generally giving us all the advice and information we...

3 of us stayed in Chapa Garden for a night in 2 Deluxe rooms. We were pleasantly surprised when we first arrived here, the exterior was beautiful, especially the garden, alluding to the tasteful decor inside. As we walked in, we were also greeted with genuine smiles by a few ladies who were working there. Rooms were clean and nice...

I felt like part of the family that owns and operates this lovely hotel. I visited for 3 days as a side trip from Hanoi . Though I had no prior plan, Tommy and his wife (owners of the hotel) took care of all my varied tour interests every day with no problem. They are fabulously gracious hosts. About the...

This boutique is one of our most unique and pleasant hotel experiences. After living and travelling in the region for 9 years, we give this wonderful hotel a big thumbs up. The location can't be beat -- it is steps from the main road, but far enough away to dull the din of the nearby people and traffic. It has...

Cha Pa Boutique welcomes you with the warmth of a dear friend or family member. The rooms are clean and modern. As others have mentioned, they have flat screen TVs (though not too many channels), balconies, a/c and mini fridges. The owner and staff are extremely helpful, and they prepare a hearty and delicious breakfast in the morning. They are...

In july we stayed 2 nights with my family (2 adults and 2 children of 16 and 14) in Cha Pa hotel thanks to the revieuws on tripadvisor. It is indeed a lovely place with nice rooms, lovely food and the best of all: the atmosphere in which the children could relax. The trekkings we made with the four of...

We arrived at the Cha Pa Garden Boutique Hotel thanks to the positive reviews here on tripadvisor and must say that we had an excellent experience stay here (regret that it was just one night!) It's a brand new hotel, so everything was in pristine condition. Thanks to the scandinavian background of part of the management there were many european...
