Stopped by this morning whilst exploring Dalyan on foot. The service was very good and friendly, the coffee good and prices fine. The waiter was excellent and chased us down a mile away to return a handkerchief we had left behind, now that is what I call service! 😄

We've been visiting this hotel every year for many yrs. The hotel itself is still just as nice & clean but the present manager this year & his working staff are extremely rude. To be fare, i have to say that one exception is "bayram" who helped us with our luggage & was extremely nice & polite to us. Upon... More

This is the first time that I have ever felt compelled to write a response to a review. Normally I would not become involved with comments and opinions which are ‘fair’. In this case, I am writing a response to your review, as I feel that your comments are very unfair and harmful to our business. Thank you for giving... More

Really lovely hotel. Right by the river side, had a nice outside seating area which we sat several evenings and watched the river. The pool was nice and clean. The breakfast was tasty and good quality. Our bedroom was very big and the bed was comfy. The staff were all very friendly and helpful - the maids even made a... More

Loved staying here! Our friends were in the Azur next door so this hotel was really convenient! Catered more for the Dutch so a hot breakfast wouldn't go amiss but I guess that is an English thing! Couldn't fault it though and we got used to the breakfast! Loved the adjoining room that me and 2 friends had, such a... More

Located approximately 20min by walk from village center. The hotel is a true orange atmosphere mixed with green. Extremely well maintained & clean. The seating area over the river is gorgeous &breathtaking. Rooms are very simple but very clean. Thers one thing though & i have spoken to management about it & they promised to make efforts to improve it.... More

We stayed at Portakal for the second time and we enjoyed it even more than the first time. The staff is helpful and friendly and make you feel at home. The rooms are good, the food is excellent and the pool is a great place to relax when you are not on one of the many interesting excursions [with skilled... More

I have stayed here twice now and it is a very pleasant hotel on the river just outside Dalyan. Pool is very nice, rooms are fairly basic but fine. I would, however, only stay in a ground floor room because a) it has a little terrace and b) the upstairs rooms are unbearably hot in the summer. Airco is available... More

Simple, but comfortable hotel with nice pool and relax garden along the river. Friendly staff, nice excursions and a small walk away from Dalyan with more than enough good restaurants.
