The location of the hotel is good and quiet because outside of the dalyan city center . The room was acceptable but no hot water in the morning was really disappointing. Hôtel ok for a night but not more. If you’re looking for something cozy choose somewhere else.

Palme hotel is an isle of rest. Wonderful friendly and cooperative personnel, great swimming pool and many other facilities, also very much for children. The rooms are big and clean. Hakan the manager was very kind to us, helping us out with getting the PCR test we needed to fly back home. The area is very green, Full of flowers and beautiful trees with hammocks in between them. The breakfast is served on the beautiful terrace, overlooking the month of cliffs, with tables both in the sun and shade.

The hotel is very clean and staff very friendly. The hotel sits in the centre of well kept gardens with a pool at the centre. It is in a peaceful area but close to the centre. It is good value for money and served a nice Turkish breakfast. Hakan is the manager and very helpful and informative about the area. The rooms are very comfortable and warm in winter. A very warm welcome of Turkish coffee and Turkish delight compliments of the manager on arrival.

We arrived around 17.30 and was given a key to 1 room . We were a group of 2 women and 1 man , I said we need 2 rooms , was given a second room very quickly. We entered the rooms and found it very dark and oppresive so we just left our lugage in the room and came out to get coffees . It took about 20 minutes for them to bring the coffees ,And told us our evening meal was ready . My 2 friends stayed drinking their coffees while i went to see what was being served for the meal . I could not believe my eyes . There was a tray of limp salad leaves , a tray of tomatoes, a tray of hard boiled eggs ( cut in half ) sprinkled with some sort of seasoning , a plate of sliced cucumber ( this was the cold food). I then went to see the hot food which consisted of 3 dishes. 1 dish contained spiral pasta, 1 contained what looked like cous cous and 1 contained ( i think ) chicken in tomato sauce .and of course there was a plate of bread . I went back out of the dining area and told my friends what was for our evening meal and we all agreed we would have some bread and some tomato. I had to ask for some butter for the bread and was given 4 tiny blocks of butter for the 3 of us . I got a plate with chopped tomato and another plate for the bread . ( i think the bread must have been sliced up the evening before as it was hard and dried up. As i took the plates outside to where we were seated it started to rain so we stood up to go indoors and was told there was no indoor seating and was sat back at the outdoor table in the pouring rain with a sun umbrella put over us . We eventually decided we were wet enough and would go to our rooms for showers and a lay down before our flight home . The shower was cold water and the towels were no bigger than an hand towel . the shower was old and horrid so we didnt use them . I dont know what TUI is doing using such a run down horrible place . If i had booked that hotel for my 14 days holiday then i would have been on the next flight home .

Stayed at this hotel as a stopover after the TUI check out trip, we only stayed for around 6 hours due to our flight time, what can I say, the room was nice although no facilities, the food was mainly salad with pasta etc, perfectly edible and quite nice, however the one thing that we will always remember about this hotel was the amazing member of staff who helped us out when in a mad last minute rush to get our transfer to the airport to then find out that my girlfriend had left her phone in the room, I phoned the hotel, he then sent someone to get the phone and then put it in a taxi which then sped all the way to the airport so the she could have it back within 20 minutes. Many thanks to that member of staff and to the taxi driver.
