Excellent property. Staff very courteous. Mustafa at reception greeted with warmth at time of checkin. For vegetarians food limited but the entire experience amazing.the pool is excellent, and there is direct acces to beach from pool. Lots of activity for kids.

beautiful resort hotel with clean and beautiful beach. Food is amazing and room is hig and clean. Amazing staffs especilally lifeguards Dependra he is very helpful and kind. We love our stay here for sure we will coming back

Very average experience. My boyfriend booked for my birthday and notified them with a small request which wasn’t honored. They did upgrade us to a sea view room but this wasn’t anything special. Check in and check out was so slow. Staff were inattentive. The buffet breakfast is 150aed extra and again, was okay. Not enough staff waiting and those on hand, negligent. Would I recommend it? If you have low expectations and don’t care for quality. But for the price you pay, I expected better service and treatment.

It's a nice hotel, nicely located close to the marina in Fujairah. The facilities are nice but the hour of Baby Shark being played on repeat by the pool is a total car crash, even the kids got bored.

I have booked through Agoda but Agoda app is very bad please don’t use Agoda app it’s a scam ,they didn’t confirm my stay and I had to wait and pay extra money ,but the front office manger valeria in the reception and a receptionist lady her name titis they were so helpful they helped us settle in an amazing room they did even upgrade our room even it’s not there fault I wanna appreciate and recommend that hotel it’s so clean people are friendly the view is amazing thanks to MS. Valeria an titis for her quick action and helping us to enjoy our stay

We stayed in this resort for 3 days and I can say the staff was helpful and attentive, especially the lifeguard Dependra he was very friendly and full of energy he ensure that we are safe and his always smiling. Kudos to the hotel. Will be back soon.

We stayed here during our tour around Fujaira. The property is situated on the water with a small beach and large swimming pool. The accommodations are basic, the bed is comfortable and the shower is hot. The property is somewhat tired looking and could use some redecorating. No major issues were encountered. The staff are friendly and service oriented. There were not many people staying in the hotel while we were there. Perhaps a weekend in January is not a popular time… The Buffet breakfast is extensive and tasty.

Rooms and hotel facilities are maintain spick and span, Rooms are well arranged with full stock of amenities,our floor housekeeper was excellent and attended to request swiftly manner,great view over the sea and city. Recreation facilities are all in good condition, Breakfast has a array of items , love the egg station and delicious, Susantha, Arun and Mueed has look after us well and went extra mile to check everything going on well in our 2 days break, recommend place to visit around the city, once again Tks gys Direction to spa and timing was bit confusing,service at the spa could be improved, thought of just highlighting as we love the place to visit again Well done all and will definitely visit again 🙏🏽👍🏽
