The bathroom is a total let down. The toilet floor became flooded when i was taking a bath because of the broken shower head. Room size is reasonable for what i have paid. There were a lot of empty channels on the TV though. I commend the staff from the reception and housekeeping for being heplful and corteous to me and my guest.

A nice apartment hotel which was spacious and comfortable. The front desk people were always courteous and ready to assist me with all of my needs, as was every other helpful staff member (including housekeeping). Though advertised as having a clothes washing machine, I had to ask for one and I also had to ask for an iron and ironing board, but the staff were quick at providing each item, though the bathrobes and slippers are still missing (luckily we brought our own). The staff also provided me with a larger refrigerator just after check-in. Yes, there are more modern apartment hotels in the area--at higher rates--but I will nonetheless return to this hotel the next time I visit Fujairah.

Went there with my few friends. Rooms are not well maintained. Quality of bedding is also not good. In 2 rooms showers wer not working properly so we had to change room 2 tyms. But hotel staff is very good. On a single call they came to us for help.

Perfect Location! great rooms and beds are very comfortable but the cleanliness I think can be improved, Kitchen items rusty. Towels should be replaced as the ones on in our Apartment were torn. Can be improved. The refrigerator didn't work

The hotel is badly in need of refurbishing. It was nothing like the pictures they showed online. The bed and parts of the wall were stained, and the cupboard had a musty smell. On the first night i had a few bites on my arm when I used the comforter. I didn't use it after that. They do not have a kettle but a fridge is available. The wall socket was faulty and busted my charger. The toilet was small but the plus point was that the shower was strong. The wifi was flaky. It was not cheap, I paid 400 dirham for a studio.

Stayed for one night during our winter trip, booked two apartments as we are on a family trip around the emirates. Very comfortable and clean hotel. Not that big but the apartments are just nice with a complete kitchenette facility. Washing machine is also available. Very good for us with young children. Booked online as the rates are lower than offline. Quite near to the beach, may be around ten minutes. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Will stay elsewhere. Hard to find even with navigation (hidden in the side street). Staf was not at all friendly, internet in the lobby was not working most of the time. Only bright side was breakfast start at 6 am, so we could get out of there.
