One of the hotel stays we have had in Fujairah. Well mannered staff, clean facility, very near to the malls. Very convenient. Superb reception and housekeeping. The surroundings smell like cleanliness.

This hotel is one of the best for budget family hotel appartment in Fujairah. It is also very safe location. Perfect for families. The hotel staff were really very impressive in their service. And I would like to visit your hotel again for this outstanding experience. The appartments were fully furnished and well equipped, which are suitable for both business and leisure use, regardless of the length of stay was spotless. They were sized and nicely decorated. My stay there was the best family hotel stay and I will be repeating it next Friday. The location was perfect, it is few step away from Lulu mall. Which was very confortable to have everything you might need very close. And finally, Very good hotel breakfast buffet. Good luck and best wishes.

The Moonstone Hotel Apartments was of exceptional value. The hotel was very clean, staff were very friendly, it had a good location and was of a reasonable price. Definitely recommend it if you are into Fujairah. Furthermore, the breakfast had a variety of options for everyone.

The best hotel apartment i have ever stayed in the UAE, better than the ones in dubai!! the view!!! The location, Brand new, more than amazing staff! Especially the receptionist Sadaf, what a cute smile and lovely demeanor, am definitely coming back!!

We stayed overnight as we were exploring the East coast. We booked for a 2 bedroom suite, they provided as a suite on the top floor overlooking the mountains and the Sheikh Zayed Mosque. Each room had a bath, shower & toilet; and even a powder room in the common area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a convenient wash & dry machine which proved to be helpful. Service is outstanding! The lovely team catered to our requests and queries, and even arranged an exclusive use of the jacuzzi. Location is amazing! It is right next to the Lulu Mall, with a supermarket, pharmacy & coffee shop. One thing to improve: breakfast. You can just skip it and eat at the restos nearby.

Very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the hospitality of the staff. They allowed us a late check-out because of the Friday prayer. We cannot fail them. We shall highly recommend the apartment.

Very good hotel apartment. Value for money and great location. Very clean with kitchen facilities for families who wish to cook their own food. One minute walking distance from the hyper market. Few minutes to Fujairah airport. Hassle free checkout
