Its a so so type Apartment in Fujairah on main road. Rooms are so so type but neat and clean. Staff is very helpful and co-operate. Very near to all the tourist attractions and major beaches of fujairah. Small market is adjoining to this hotel cum apartments.

I stayed here the night before a Triathlon race near by, so was just looking for a bed for the night for a reasonable price as I had no use for a 5 star resort. For this purpose the hotel was perfect. The room was decent and clean. I booked a single online for AED 175, but got a double. It looks like the rooms have been built into what used to be appartments. The building is a bit dated, but the facilities are in good working order. The bathrooms are modern and the airconditioning works well, although it makes a bit on noise (like they all do...). There is a reasonably priced minibar (Water AED 3, soft drink AED 5) in the room and a cafeteria style snack order menu also very resonably priced (club sandwich AED 20). The staff was friendly and helpful and the parking is good, although not secured, but in full view of the recepetion desk and just off the main road, so safe enough. Its not a 5 star resort, but that's also not the price you are paying. In short if you are passing through and are looking for a bed for the night or a base to explore the widis from (or spend the night before an event) and are on a budget I can definately recomend this hotel.…

It was at good Location in cheap price 10 minutes drive to khorfakkan and 20 minutes to Fujerah City. Service was good. Hotel was ok for price what we pay. Restaurant was also good.I will again book whenever I will visit there.

Stayed for two days during the summer break. Booked two rooms online as they were much cheaper. From the city centre just go straight towards Khorpakan. It seems that the temperature was just around 38 celcius but the hotel is quite near to the beach so the hot air still came for the sea. Better to go in the winter as Fujairah will be colder than other region especially abu dhabi and dubai. Breakfast is provided but basic. Location from the city center is quite far, about 15 km. However, near to Khorpakan. Lulu is near for groceries at the Extra Mall about 2 km.

Staff was very friendly, they helped us check in quickly and gave us 2 hours extra on check out time. Restaurant food was delicious. Good improvement in the Hotel. Have been here before and looking forward to comeback again.

Good one, economical but need improvement in renovation inside the hotel Apartments. Location is good as its closer to tourism spots in Fujerah. The hotel rents differ from online. Had a one night stay with family and it was fit for us.

Honestly, don't bother staying here. Myself and 3 other girls decided to stay here as it was cheap and thought it'd be a nice break away for the long weekend. The hotel itself is a good 10km outside of Fujairah surrounded that can only be described as shacks in the desert.The area itself is quite run down, same goes for the hotel. In order to go anywhere you must have a car, which was handy for us as it ended up being our get-away car. Initially it looks ok in the reception, albeit, outdated and with an unmistakable scent of fried chicken and musty smoke. When we arrived we were told the room wasn't ready so we would be brought to a different room until ours was ready with the key already in the door of the room...worrying. In the 15 minutes that we spent in the room, we all got bitten several times and when we tried to enjoy the stunning view from the window we were met with the side of another building through the bight yellow stains. Question: have you ever been to prison because as an added bonus you can now enjoy that feeling if you stay here. The room was dank, dreary, stains all over the wall and once again a very strong smell of smoke that the cleaner attempted to cover up with airfreshner. For an apartment, it didn't have any cutlery, dishes, glasses or pots and pans which is always very useful when you're using it as an apartment. When we decided that we couldn't stay here and tried to cancel it, we were met with the most incompetent useless manager we've ever encountered. Not only was his English appalling, but he obviously didn't understand cancellation procedures and we ended up having to ring our online booker so that their representative could explain...no no, this didn't end well either. After nearly an hour of trying to cancel our room, which our fine friend didn't understand, we finally left and just drove the 3 hours back home. Having stayed in other places across the UAE and other countries in Asia, this was easily the worst place we ever booked. The majority of places across the UAE are of a high standard which made this hotel seem so much more shambolic. Honestly, just book a proper resort if you're planning to go to Fujairah.…
