We loved our stay at Longview, it is a beautiful home and our room was of a very high standard. Alan & Anita made us feel very welcome and the views from this property are amazing. I would highly recommend this B & B. Thanks once again for a lovely stay and for sharing your date & orange muffin recipe.

My mum and I were travelling around the southern part of the South Island of NZ on a road trip and we were en route to Queenstown so chose to stay overnight at Longview B&B Farmstay. Anita and Alan are the hosts of this B&B in their architect-designed stunning home with beautiful views over dairy farms and to the mountains...

Our stay at the Longview BB was a great experience. Best way to experience some of the best of NZ country living. Anita and Alan were very gracious. We were amazed how neat and beautiful they keep their place, considering they do most of the work with very little outside help. It is amazing how well organized they are running...

We stayed one night at Longview B&B as a stopover to Mt. Cook. That was so impressive to receive a warm welcome at the raining and chilly night. The house was spotlessly clean and bright with natural light. Anita was good at cooking, we both enjoyed the delicious breakfast so much, and my wife was so amazed at the taste of...

We stayed at Longview for 2 nights. Though short, our stay was pleasant and the owners were very hospitable. An ideal stay there will probably be 4 days. The owners were also flexible. We work up very late the first morning and completely missed breakfast time but Anita was kind enough to fix breakfast for us even it was past...

The place was very special. The little tour over the farm/plantation on the property was very interesting. The garden and the rooms were just beautiful. We only stayed for one night but would have loved to stay more nights. The property has a great view and a great feel. Will definitely go back.

I travelled down to Pleasant point the second weekend in January to race my motorcycle in the NZ superbike champs at the nearby Levels raceway. I was looking for a comfortable relaxing environment so I could be in peak shape for the racing over 3 days. The A team, Anita & Alan provided absolutely perfect hospitality in a stunning location....

My wife and I spent a fortnight driving through New Zealand staying at b&bs and hotels. Longview was our top pick. Anita and Alan have perfectly tuned their approach to the task of welcoming a guest and giving them their own space. Their modern home and olive farm sit on the crest of a hill overlooking farmland, with snow-capped mountains...

We traveled to New Zealand last year from Ireland, just before Christmas. We stayed at The Long View, Timaru with Alan and Anita. They made us so welcome, giving us all the information we needed to enjoy the beautiful scenery, and helped me find connections to old family history in the area from the 1800's! After Anita's very good breakfast,we loved...
