This hotel has charm and the friendliest staff ! They are sincere and truly want you're experience to be good. The check in process is so considerate to the traveler as the hour you get in is the wee hours of the morning. The rooms are showing a bit of wear and tear but clean and comfortable. The ocean side...

It's not five star luxury but the rooms are huge and well appointed. The staff is what stands out about this place, as everybody is exceptionally friendly and they all make a point of addressing you by name. The food is adequate but not great. There's a limited menu for lunch and dinner and because Yap is so remote, they...

Rooms were beautiful, large and comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful and food was great. Unfortunately, we missed out on 3 days of our stay due to flight problems. But the days we were there were enchanting. Missed my usual sun time because the weather was unseasonably cool and rainy. Loved the restaurant attached to the resort

Stayed here during a week long trip of diving. The hotel is nice, spa was really great and very affordable. You have all your meals on a ship anchored out front. While charming at first, turned annoying as the week went on. The food was palatable, any fresh fish was amazing. If I was here for 3 days I would...

My stay on Yap could not have been more incredible and I credit Manta Ray Bay Resort for most of that! They have all you need at the hotel, but are close to other options if you want to branch out. The rooms were very comfortable and modern with all the amenities one could want. The staff is incredible and...

We got a spacey room with a beautiful view. Everyone are very helpful og sweet and try to remember your name. The food is ok but nothing special, but then again, very reasonable priced. The home brewed beer is on the other hand great. It was an extremely busy week and we think the hotel overbook according to their diving...

Natascha, I apologize for the sloppy gear and service. Thank you for pointing this out. I have taken immediate steps with our staff to remedy the dive gear situation. What you experienced is certainly not up to our standards and will be corrected as quickly as possible.

We arrived at 11:00 pm to pouring rain but the efficient staff quickly took our luggage, gave us our assigned room number and took us to the bus where cold water and cloths were handed out. Our drive to the resort was only 10 minutes. While on the coach, we were told there was no need to stop at the...

We were referred to Manta Bay Resort by some very close friends. It was up to all our expectations and then some. For 3 weeks we were pampered by the most friendly of staff. If your a diver then you could not ask for better service. They know their stuff and are very professional about the quality of dive they...

Manta Ray is the best place to stay on Yap. With its quaint dining facility - the vessel Mnuw - docked adjacent to the hotel, its well-equipped and staffed dive operations within the resort grounds, and within walking distance of "downtown" Colonia, the hotel is incredibly convenient. Their staff is friendly and helpful, responsive to your concerns (if any) and...
