What a wonderful place to veg out, even for just one night. The cabin was wonderful, exactly what we wanted. Our hosts were awesome, and breakfast the next morning in the main house was out of this world. Don't miss this if you are in the area.

We stayed here one night on a last-minute call to the new owners who had taken over the business just two weeks beforehand. They were delightful! They've kept the Alaska decor in the cabins, including moose motifs on the bedding and towels. The cabin was immaculate, the bed comfortable and the breakfast tasty. For my husband, the best part was...

We did a one night stay at the Cleft of the Rock B&B on our way from Dawson to Anchorage in the Miner's Cabin. It is located about 5-10 minutes outside of Tok, Alaska, but well worth it if you like a bit of seclusion. The exterior of this cabin is very attractive and quaint...the quintessential Alaskan cabin. It is...

Stopped in Tok en route from Haines Junction to Fairbanks. The cabin was lovely and the setting wonderfully peaceful. The new owners have added pretty throws etc making the cabin really cosy. The bed was so comfortable that we had the best night's sleep for over a week! Delicious home cooked breakfast. Well worth a visit.

We recently stayed in the Miners Cabin at the Cleft of the Rock B & B. The young couple who have recently taken over the running of the B & B were lovely and welcoming. The cabin was great, The breakfasts, taken in their kitchen were very homely, and the cooking of the open omelette, muffins and waffles was really...

We stayed here during our move from the lower 48 to Eagle River, AK. It was amazing. The cabin was set up just for us. Very clean and comfortable. I slept the best I had in a while. The fridge in the room was nice. And unlike some hotels, it actually worked! We set it to medium and it kept...

Cleft of the Rock is under new management this year, and the new owners/hosts are incredibly friendly, helpful, and eager to make sure your stay is as comfortable and accommodating as possible. My husband and I stayed here for the second time in two years, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. This visit, we stayed...

Hands down the best place I have stayed in years. I was looking for a secluded cabin in the woods and this is it. Very clean, great food and the owners were a blast to talk with. Dakota (my GSD) loved it too. It's nice to find places like this that are also pet friendly.

I loved it, my wife loved it, my kinds loved it, my dogs loved it (and they are by far the hardest to pleases). If you are looking for a real Alaskan experience without compromise, this is it. Quality, comfort and hospitality beyond almost anywhere I have ever stayed before. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
