On our first trip to Alaska, I dubbed it "the Bring Your Own Food State." We could never find a good restaurant, so we ate a lot of sandwiches from Fred Meyer's and PB&Js in our car. Our last night in Alaska was spent at Lake Lucille's B and B in Wasilla. It's in beautiful surroundings with nice accommodations. Our...

Amazing landscaping and home. The breakfast was delicious. Hard to imagine anything to top that but the attentiveness and kindness shown by Carol and her family were fantastic. We had hoped to bring our grandson back to play with Carol's grandson, but our boy was called away unexpectedly that afternoon.

Thank you Carol and Sarah for making our fishing trip to Alaska so perfect. Your excellent service and the best breakfast you can dream about... Cute rooms... The dock in the back yard where we did catch a 4 pound rainbow trout and a baby king salmon before we started our real charter fishing trip. The kitchen and the grill...

I stayed here with my 2 children for 5 nights. The location was beautiful, and convenient. There was a small kitchen available for us to use which helped the budget. It cost a little more than I expected, and it would have been nice to have a fresh fruit available at breakfast. But over all we had a nice stay...

Loved her treasures and crafts that where every where .... Bought me some hand made quilts and some Christmas ornaments .... Our time went...

We use this BnB in Wasilla for small groups of travelers touring Alaska, usually for 2 or 3 nights at a time. The owner/host-Carol, could not be more accommodating, always seeking to please her guests. Rooms are nicely furnished, clean, warm and inviting. Carol has a variety of hand made arts and crafts that she makes-specializing in greeting cards. The...

My nephew and I really enjoyed our two nights at Lake Lucille Bed & Breakfast. Clean, well-decorated rooms. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast. Beautiful backyard to relax with private dock to fish on a gorgeous lake. Carol - the owner - is a friendly and talented lady who made us feel very welcome. Loved our conversations with fellow travelers and their...

My husband and I stayed here for one night on our way from Seward to Denali in June, 2015 (this is a pretty late review). We arrived very late at around 9 or 10pm due to a wildfire and Carol stayed up for us. Our room was located upstairs overlooking the backyard and the dock. It had a separate sitting...

Carol has created a home away from home - every inch of the place is covered with her hand-made crafts, quilts and sayings on the walls about peace, love and kindness. The rooms are well appointed, really comfortable, have their own bathrooms and sitting rooms and have every amenity you could ask for. And the breakfast is, for lack of...
