The Sleepy Dog Guest House is a family experience loaded with character. This quaint hill-side house--fully furnished and loaded with antique knicknacks and artwork--has a wall full of windows which overlook Old Bisbee. We, including child and dogs, had a fabulous time and highly recommend it to anyone.

The Sleepy Dog Guest House is a wonderful place to stay in Bisbee, AZ. This funky little house is perched high in the hills of Bisbee. The inside is beautifully decorated with a mixture of new and old. The walls are filled with art work from the owner, depicting dogs of all shapes and sizes. The King size bed is...

We have stayed at the Sleepy Dog Guest House twice in the past year and would highly recommend it. The house is very comfortable including a very comfortable king size bed! There is a porch to sit on that looks out over the town of Bisbee. All and all the Sleepy Dog is very relaxing and peaceful. Also as a...

My husband David nd I just returned from Bisbee, AZ last week and had a wonderful stay at the Sleepy Dog Guest House, owned by Tad Cheyenne Miller. Not only is this house wonderfully old....it's built on the side of a mountain in the old section of town, with a very nice view of historic Old Bisbee...this house was built...

My husband and I found this gem by accident and from the moment we arrived our expectations were exceded. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Noodles, a beautiful border collie who quite literally taught us the proper way to play fetch! The guest house itself is full of personality, with whimsical collections tucked here and there. It also contains...

The Sleepy Dog Guest House of Bisbee, Arizona, is one of the most unique accommodations you will find west of the Mississippi. We chose it because we wanted to take our dog, Lexie, with us and we had heard about the wonderful artistic community in Bisbee. The narrow streets that wind past the Copper Queen hotel reminded me of similar...

When you book an unknown guest house on the internet you never know what you are getting into, but the Sleepy Dog met and exceeded our expectations. The place was as neat as could be. The atmosphere as relaxed as you would want. Tad, the owner, was very helpful in planning our day. Bisbee is a very relaxed and quiet...

Our 3 trips to the Sleepy Dog have been spectacular! This unique home in the heart of Bisbee is a true treasure and forces relaxation upon you. Tad is a wonderful host and has created a paradise of peaceful bliss. Although the Ritz Carlton it is not, the tranquil ambiance at the Sleepy Dog cannot be duplicated.

“This is not for everyone as there are 48 steps to climb from where you park. So, please talk with the owner if you have any doubts. BUT, for ME, I love it!!!”

“Payment with cash or check only. Just a heads up: there is only a bathtub. Pets allowed. Stop at the Safeway near town for any groceries you may want as there is no grocery store within walking distance in Old Bisbee only a Circle K with minimal items. Be prepared for stairs up to the house.”
