We had to stay here cause the only place in Bullhead City that would take a Cat. Pros: close to Casinos and allowed pets. Rooms have been up graded with paint and TV. Air Conditioner worked. Cons: You can feel the springs in the bed and pillows are old and look dirty. Floor was so dirty and sticky, like they used a dirty mop and water to mop the floors. We had to reclean the floors ourselves because I did not want my cat to walk on these floors. Walls and ceiling are thin, You can hear everything like the person walking above you.
BEWARE...!! I really wish I could give this place less than a one star review. The rooms are disgusting. As soon as you opens the door you're hit with the smell of animals in the room. The bathroom didn't even have a shower curtain. The vibe reminded me of a gas station bathroom that's how disgusting it looked and felt. Since I really only needed a place to sleep for a few hours I was going to overlook it...and then I looked at the bed. Cigarette burns in the comforter. No big deal. Pull back the sheets and just a mess. The sheets looked like they had blood on them and the pillows had black stain marks on them. Then came the flies.... I saw one land on the pillows and when I pulled back the curtains I must have disturbed them all because about 10 started flying around. That was when I decided to nope out. I went back to the manager and asked to be put into another room or a refund. He told me that this was the only room he had and that if I wanted at refund that I would have to call Expedia since I book thru them. Called them and they said they had to call the motel manager to get a waiver to refund. Of course he said no, that he offered to change my too But that I said no.. great scam they have going on. I would stay as far away from the disaster of a business as the photos of this "newly renovated " facility are flat out lies and misleading.. you've been warned .. do not book here period..…
The location looked very abandoned and like nobody cared about the outside look. Elevator does not work and motel hallways have no ac working. All doors are open to the building so anyone can go inside.
Unclean and unsafe. 1st night i stayed it looked like my door was kicked in and some of the locks were broken. Towels, floors, walls, bedding, etc. dirty with either stains, hair, or bugs. I was too exhausted to stay elsewhere so i used some of my own items to lay on and prayed I wouldn’t get bugs. 2nd time I tried to stay, room appeared to be cleaner but I pulled back the sheets and bugs were crawling everywhere (and looked like bedbugs). Went to front desk to get new room and manager or owner wanted to see bugs. The bugs had already scattered and he is like there are no bugs and tried to give me new bedding. Then, he tried to make me pay for cleaning the room when it wasn’t clean in the first place before getting scary, crazy, mad to the point where I felt unsafe to stay there. After my 24 hour race in the area, I was forced to drive to las vegas after being awake for 40 hours on no sleep.…
I will start by saying check in was a breeze, very nice man at front desk. My room was very basic but clean. It has a microwave and a fridge which was a nice bonus. I was on the floor level so my only real issue was the noise above me. You can hear every move that is made . And for some reason a couple of people parked behind the hotel which was right outside the back of my room and the slamming of the car doors woke me up at 2 in the morning. But overall this is priced very reasonable and my room was comfortable.
When I walked in I met the manager “bridge”... Very accommodating really cool guy I told him I was coming into town to work he set me up with a really nice king size room... At a discounted rate...There’s plenty of parking for trucks and rigs...laundry facilities.. Pool and vending machines... I came and stayed about a week later and stayed in the main building it was fairly clean and they keep things painted... I can say if you want to place to shower shave and sleep this is a cool place...Not a lot of frills but staff is friendly and it’s a really decent place for the price... I would stay there again and recommend it for anybody coming there to work.
From 8:30 pm to 3:00 a.m Several kids running and racing up and down the halls on each floor of the motel, massive amount of people piling in rooms ( Over the allotted limit, couldn't sleep. Didn't stop all night. I had to Pay $179.95 for 1 night at a motel 6 because of the holiday weekend which was ridiculous, but desperate to sleep so I could leave the next morning. Horrible experience, tried to call office, no answer late at night,( don't blame them) they were probably receiving a lot of calls of other guests. As far as the facility it was very clean and you can see the nice up grades they are doing. Bathroom fan in 202 very loud. Not a Pleasant Visit....
We have stayed here alot since they open up and we are glad to be able to stay in a nice clean room the beds are really comfy the tv is not the tiny ones you see most the time they are pretty decent size the staff is great they are really friendly and understaning. I would definatly recomend this motel!
