The room was clean but that’s the only thing that was good about the experience. No trash can, the AC didn’t work, the TV remote was missing a battery, only decaf coffee in the room, I had to return to the office three times before I got a door key to work.

Loved the place clean client great staff had a wonderful day love the pool laundry on site shopping centers nearby this was a great choice to stay here definitely will be coming back in February for a business trip I recommend this place for anybody that’s looking for a cheap place clean and affordable

I actually booked a room through booking.com. Some rooms were being renovated and booking.com booked me one of those rooms. The gracious staff that work the office gave me an upgrade for the same price. Very nice people and wonderful place with excellent river views. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is a dive! Check in was slow, no sheets on the bed when we got to the room, took 2 sets they delivered back TWICE because apparently they don’t know what king size sheets are…? The lady literally said “I don’t know how to tell the difference in the sizes”. Seriously? She ended up give it me 2 flat sheets. There was only 1 towel, 1 hand towel & 1 wash cloth…? I made a trip to Walmart & bought a blanket for us (because there was NO WAY I was using that bed spread 🥴) & some towels. So much for trying to save money @ $71 for 1 night. The parking lot looks like it used to be gravel & they just threw tar down on the rocks & good luck trying to park any type of car in those spaces. Horrible place with so much potential but apparently the owners do NOT care. They are just collecting a check from unsuspecting people who have no idea what they’re getting into. No matter how good the deal is – PASS ON THE LODGE ON THE RIVER! …

Not wheelchair accessible. Doesn't comply with ADA requirements. Couldn't use the pool, bathroom too small and the suites don't have a kitchen it advertised. I will not go there again. My son's room was bug infested and my sister's room was smoke infested, the mattress was covered in cigarettes burns and it was supposed to be smoke free. My room was dirty and filled with dog hairs and I requested the room and facility to be handicap accessible and to make sure it had no dogs I am highly allergic. My sister is allergic to smoke and couldn't sleep there. We all want our money back. This trip was supposed to be full of fun for my 60th birthday celebration.

This is terrible. Old rooms, small cheap beds, pillows are just sheets of foam. Everything is stained. The toilet seat has cigarette burning marks, in that bathtub you probably hurt yourself. One towel for two (if you ask for more, they bring it right away). We paid $72 .$ 10 to 20 more gets you into something way nicer and will include breakfast. Questionable people hanging around.

This place is a dump. They will not refund your money because they know that once you see the room you will not want to stay here. “Queen” bed was a double. Table with no place to sit but the bed. Staff was very nice, and I felt bad for them. They charge a $100 security deposit upon check-in which they did refund, but they will not refund your reservation, as you are charged at booking, and that is that. This place needs to go out of business and find a new owner.

We had such a great weekend! Regis and the staff were so accommodating, helpful, and friendly! I had made a mistake when making my reservations and Regis was so understanding and helpful. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again as we frequently are in the area. Thank you so very much for everything!!!

I find it difficult to put into words just how bad this place is. The toilet and bath tub were filthy. The towels were dirty, as were the wash cloths. The inside of the freezer had the remains of a plastic bag in it and the fridge had black marks from what looked like dirty bottles. There was a pile of towels outside the door on the walkway. The re was no complimentary water or coffee in the reception area and the ice machine was not working. I cant say what condition the bed sheets were in because quite honestly, I was scared to look. The only positive thing to come from this is that I will never go here again and I'm glad it was only for one night. I even took pictures and video of the room to prove I wasn't exaggerating. To call it a roach motel is an insult to roaches.…
