We decided to spend the night upon our return from a lengthy flight from overseas, and needed a tranquil spot to regroup and revive. This certainly fit the bill. The hotel is stunning, and the rooms quite nice. We had a nice patio area, and a very quiet space. However, it should be said that on this particular night there...

The lady that checked us in (sorry I cannot remember your name) was fantastic, very friendly, she said hello every time I passed reception and remembered my name, so well done, you're a credit to the hotel. As a Platinum Marriott guest, I am now (once again) a Starwood Platinum guest and we had an upgrade to a lovely suite...

Stayed at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass for a convention April 5-9. A very typical resort hotel with lots of plusses and very few minuses. The rooms were nice and we had no complaints with the room. Front desk people were very nice and accommodating. I expect high end resorts to have higher than normal expenses and charges...

So relaxing and beautiful. Execeptional staff, courteous and so nice. The Hotel and grounds are just amazing with a southwest Native American motif. I really wish we had more time on the property. The regular restaurant was excellent. No time for the five star restaurant. I really loved the wonderful and relaxing music played in some public areas. I want...

Dear Guest, We are so appreciative of your glowing review. It certainly sounds like you need a bit more time to enjoy our property amenities next time! Our signature restaurant, Kai, is the only Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five-Diamond restaurant in the state. It's a dining experience that shouldn't be missed! Your comments on the carpet have also been taken...

The suite was spacious but not very clean. The maids came the next day and changed our towels and took out the trash but did not clean the room or make the beds or anything. They don't have enough valet people working. You basically have to go hunt for someone to park your car for you. They don't have enough...

Spring Break with the kids, far enough from the hustle of Phoenix yet not a bad drive. Amenities were fantastic, clean rooms, friendly staff, pools for any finicky kid. Only downside is the price of meals - rather expensive for a family of four!

A low key resort nestled in the desert just outside of Chandler. The check in process was easy and included a friendly greeting. The guestroom was pretty spacious and not overly luxurious. The grounds are the selling point with pools, spas and many vistas.

Resort had beautiful scenery and grounds were kept up very well. Rooms were fine, but showing some wear. Service was very good - only minor issue was plates should be provided when serving appetizers or bread. Great transportation options to shopping and casino. Food options and preparations were average. Food cost was too high by 30-50%. Drinks were also too...
