Twice in the night the heater made an enormous racket and woke us up. We were in B building. A water bug greeted us in the morning. The toilet seat was dirty. And at dinner the chicken sandwich was served cold. ( not cooked). The waitress tried to fix it and the 2nd one came cooked but tasteless like a...

I'm not sure why this place gets such poor reviews, because we were really happy with our time there. We stayed there for one night with the intention of hiking out to the South Rim from the North. We took a Trans Canyon Shuttle and arrived at 5pm, so of course we were hungry. We dumped our bags in Cabin...

We stayed in a two bed cabin for one night instead of camping. Very convenient, 18 miles from park, near general store, lodge has its own excellent restaurant/bar/gift shop with everything you need. The cabins are close together and we had a horribly rude, loud, non-stop group of girls next to us so we did not sleep. The Bathroom, bedroom,...

This property is very convenient to the North Rim of The Grand Canyon and a nice location. However, we had room 3 and 4 in building C. The floors were very dirty to the point your feet were black on the bottom after walking on them. There was no gravel at the entryway and we had a rain in the...

This was our second stay at the Kaibab Lodge cabins. We love to patronize local “mom & pop” small businesses because we think it helps the local economy and employs nearby folks. Besides it is quiet here and they offer just about everything you need for a wonderful visit. (We find the accommodations in the National Park too busy with...

Rustic, quaint, traditional. We had a one night stay at Kaibab Lodge....loved it. The lodge was basic, clean and practical. Great customer service from the team..lots of information shared.....enjoyable evening meal, not it's not A la carte..but it was good food. Breakfast was awesome! Also managed a very short run up and out the back of the lodges....nice run back...

We stayed in 2 different cabins since everything was booked. One had one bed the other had 2 beds. They were both clean and what you would expect. Nothing great but cozy and convenient. The people who checked us in were very nice as well as the people in the restaurant. The rooms are pretty bare bones but we were...

My husband and I stayed here on a last minute trip to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, this was the only place close enough during high season that wasn't fully booked and overpriced. The cabins are simply basic, but in reality, they were cozy in the camping sense! The staff was super friendly and hospitable. The dinner was...

We stayed in two of the units of a four unit building. Basic, very basic. The bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows thin, as were the towels and the bar of soap (which broke apart when opened). The walls are paper thin.....not only could I hear our friend next to us, but I could hear the people in the next...

We stayed in a new cabin which was stand alone. It was comfortable and clean. Part of the charm was the front porch where we spent the evening reading and relaxing. The staff were wonderful. My husbands shoe was broken so we stopped at the lobby to ask where we could go to buy something to fix it. Instead, the...
