I had been to Jerome before but wanted to bring my girlfriend to this town and enjoy the many local wine tasting rooms and restaurants. We choose the hotel primarily for the short walk to the amenities but also the incredible view. The hotel has a completely different feel to it when you entered. The hotel staff was very pleasant...

This is a nice old hotel. It has great views and a great feel to it. The old elevator is a classic. Our room was very spacious. The reason I didn't rate it a 5 is because it was a little run down. There was a large stain on the carpet in our room. That didn't bother me so much...

Renowned Historical Haunted Hotel did not let us down. We stayed in room#32, reportedly one of the most active rooms had noise and voice activity during the night, which pleased me and had my skeptical husband sitting up in bed scratching his head several times. Wonderful veranda room with view of the valley during a spring thunderstorm was breathtaking and...

Let Me start by saying that my wife and I are avid ghost hunters and have been to many "haunted" places in our travels. We have had some amazing paranormal experiences in places like Old Town San Diego, Tombstone, Az., Bisbe, Az. Winchester House in San Jose, Ca. Just to name a few. Knowing the history of Jerome and specifically...

This was our first time. Stayed in some adjoining rooms with friends. Lowered the price by about $100 for the two rooms since we shared a bathroom. Rooms are clean, not fancy. Cool old elevator to go up and down in. LOTS of history. Fun people make it an experience.. this is not a HILTON.. so if you want that,...

Historic hotel. Hotel rooms uses keys and the phone in the room is the old-style phone. Must use your room key to activate elevator. Hotel front desk has a telephone switchboard. Front desk personnel are very friendly. Hotel is a former hospital, so rooms were not large. Doesn't appear to have a/c in room, only in the hallways. Overall, this...

Stayed here one night in room 35 with 2 of my friends. The room was quite small for three people and a rollaway but still comfortable. Didn't eat at the asylum but enjoyed great drinks and dinner at The Haunted Hamburger. No activity but hotel still has spooky vibe. Staff are very friendly. Awesome to use original elevator. Not a...

I grew up in Arizona. My uncle and his family lived in Jerome during the 40s and 50s. He worked for the mining company. In those days Jerome was a busy mining town. We visited often. It it now a historic ghost town. During our April 12th visit this year, we wanted to stay in Jerome. We chose the Grand...

Haven't ever stayed in Jerome but wanted to revisit the area. This hotel is very historic, but it is in need of some updating. Our first room, they gave us was across the hall from the elevator so we asked to be moved to a quieter area and the night desk changed us to a room down the hall, which...

Stayed in 31 & 33 connecting rooms. Did the tour offered by hotel. Loved it! Chris the tour guide, and all the staff at the hotel were extremely pleasant. Beautiful hotel, but be aware it is time period. Clean, comfortable and awesome views. Ghost tour was great.
