We absolutely love Areena! This was our second visit (camping in a tent) in 13 months and we can't recommend it enough. The facilities are amazing, the fishing is excellent, the pool and jungle gyms are fantastic. We love all the wildlife, the fresh air, the sounds of nature. There is just too much to recommend. The restaurant is also amazing. The bathrooms are always clean, the laundry room is well kitted out. We really don't have any complaints.

We really enjoyed our stay at Areena. The campground quiet and well laid out, with lots of wildlife around. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and convenient. There are lots of activities available, or you can just relax. Bring your own food, or enjoy the restaurant. The river isn't great for swimming, as it's quite mucky, but there's a very nice pool.

The Areena resort is perfectly situated for a golfing weekend with both Olivewood and East London courses within easy reach. The restaurant on site provides simple, reasonably priced and excellent meals. We enjoyed a lovely relaxing two days golfing and lounging at the pool.

We camped at Areena for 6 nights. The facilities are excellent and we enjoyed our stay as well as the activities we participated in. The stand allocated to us was soaked due to heavy rains early in December and we were referred to another area where we could choose a stand suitable for us. The ablutions and communal areas are spotless and a pleasure to use. We will recommend Areena.

We rested at the resort over the 2021 Christmas weekend as a halfway stop for road trip that started in St Lucia. The bungalows were clean, well stocked, fully equipped and well maintained. I believe some service was a bit off (no restaurant) due to Christmas but this was not a bother. I would definitely want to return.

It was our first Areena experience. The riverside campsite was stunning and the free-roaming wildlife was really a highlight. Even though we were only 30 minutes from home, it felt like we were on a different continent. A paradise for the kids. We loved it so much that we stayed an additional night. Will definitely visit again x

What An amazing experince. the activites from the the meet with Abby and the quad bike trails were something amazing that is worth every cent. i would 100% recommend Areena Resort to anyone that is wanting to get away from the city and thats looking for a place to relax. the staff members are very helpful and amazing in everything they do.
