We really like seeing wildlife and our three nights at Pumba didn't disappoint. The morning and evening safari's were great, exploring different parts of the stunning reserve - saw the big 5! Staff were amazing and friendly. Bush walk was surreal. Highly recommend the photography tour - learnt so much from Neale and gained a greater understanding of the animals...

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the the water lodge at Pumba as part of our honeymoon trip through South Africa. The suite was large, well appointed, had fire, game viewing deck and private plunge pool with outside shower. The service from staff members from the outset was excellent, they couldn't do enough for you. Our...

An excellent place to visit. The disappointing thing was not seeing the Cheetahs and Rhino's on the game drives. But then they are free to roam wild animals that will go where they want so it can be difficult to find them in a large area. This was offset by a visit to the centre by a Leopard - wonderful,...

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in May. It is the most beautiful, fascinating place I've ever been. The room we had was very luxurious and all the staff there are so friendly and welcoming. From the minute we arrived we were made to feel so confortable. The food is outstanding and I recommend trying something you've...

This nicely attired lodge is located about 100 km from Port Elizabeth and can be reached by a paved highway with only a few km of dirt road to the lodge itself. There are two game rides a day (early morning and late afternoon) with the option to do a walking safari during the day. Besides the big five, which...

Just amazing from the minute we were picked up at the airport. Staff work hard for long hours but never stopped smiling. Rooms were great. Food was really good. Our ranger was Thomas and I couldn't believe his ability to spot the wildlife. Made great friendships and memories on our stay. Would go back in a heartbeat. A piece of...

Take it from me it was outstanding in every respect, the room, the food, the game drives, the staff, the other guests. You will not be disappointed if this is your first Safari experience. We loved the water...

We stayed 3 nights at bush lodge, everything was amazing from the view to the personal service we received for my mums special birthday! The safaris were made by our ranger Dan who's knowledge of the animals was top notch. We thought that 2 safaris a day would be too much but he managed to make them exciting and adventurous...

This was our second safari holiday and through a friends recommendation chose Pumba as it was relatively close to Cape Town and as there was no Malaria in those parts, as I was pregnant and the friends we were travelling with had a 2 year old. With those simple expectations, we were blown away by Pumba. They went out of...

We absolutely loved our time in Pumba Bush Lodge - the staff were incredible and everything was provided to make our stay as comfortable as possible including little details such as hot water bottles for our game drives. Sethu, our ranger, really tried to get us to see what we wanted and overall we had a fantastic time. We were...
