The location makes this a desirable mid level business location. However there is no visible management either on arrival or departure. The staff are merely workers doing their job without any spark. I cannot blame the lack of any water on them on the first day but the breakfast service was shoddy, had run out of fruit salad and coffee... More

I should have checked out on day 1. There was no change of towels for 4 days, even though it was clearly needed (make up stains). No refills of body wash or soap. The breakfast was fruit salad and yogurt (not ideal for a winter's morning in Joberg). I requested a poached egg and they had no idea what a... More

I had to travel many times to Johannesburg for business reasons and used to stay at that guesthouse. I think I have stayed there more than 15 times. Linda and Tina who manage the guesthouses (they have at least 4 different houses in the area) have always been very pleasant and professional with me. Their staff is also very nice.... More
