The room wasn't cleaned properly and on one day cleaning stuff left behind like someone decided to leave mid clean. The customer service also left a lot to be desired where although we were quiet guests bumping into a staff member meant we were likely to be reprimanded for some slight we might commit as a result of ignorance of... For the price that we've paid we had a very good stay. We had the option of paying extra for breakfast but that was exorbitant - 3 times the price of going to Spur or Wimpy for breakfast with the kids. So we chose accomodation only and that was quite well priced. Positive: Lots of space in the rooms, lots... More

To my mind the Tripadvisor rating at the time of writing, 23 of 25 B&B's and Inns is indicative of what you are looking at. Whilst the rooms were clean, in terms of a stay that's about as good as it gets. The property comes off as the owners not investing at all in the place, everything as cheap as... More

Stayed for a month-ish with a group of American students and the service was decent and the rooms were adjusted to fit a bunch of students. Some complaints are that its called a spa boutique and it's not that. Also the pool looks huge, it actually can only fit maybe 3-5 people comfortably.

Was not the best guesthouse I have ever been to but for the price it was good. Can't expect grade A when you not paying for grade A, right. Friendly staff but the place needs updating and the rooms need some looking over for damages, etc. Overall it was fine. thanks.

Our group stayed here for 4 nights, and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were each charming, and the breakfast that was provided each morning was very good. The staff was the best, making sure we had everything we needed, and also went above and beyond to provide good service throughout our stay

I have just returned from 3 nights at the Rondebosch Manor Boutique Hotel – it was disgusting! I am a single mom and visited CT especially to watch two cricket games at the festival of cricket with my two children. I could not really afford to forfeit the money I paid for the accommodation and look for a new place... More

This is in my opinion by far not a Boutique Hotel or a Spa. I booked a room for myself and my 2 teenage sons. On arriving I was given a room with a open bathroom (open to the bedroom/no door) the shower room/toilet had a wooden seat that was cracked down the middle (how unhygienic is that? How much... More

I checked in, dropped off my bags to the room and left to go and have dinner. When I returned to the property, there were a few issues with my initial room, however I couldn't address them until the next morning because the staff disappear after a certain time. I spoke with the owners the next day about the issues... More

This establishment is VERY far off calling itself a FOUR star bed and breakfast - my room was dark, had a view of black trolley bins and the very noisy road, 1 tiny bar of soap between the shower and basin, no wastepaper bin in the bedroom, no tea or water and the room itself was in need of urgent...
