This was our second stay at the Vineyard this year and it was equally enjoyable. I can recommend the limo service from the airport. The driver was friendly and pleasant the pick up and journey smooth This time we were lucky to stay in a charming 'Voorkammer' room which is in the historic heart of the original house. The antique...

My other half is from Cape Town, and we stayed at the Vineyard for seven nights in April 2015 as part of a “big” birthday celebration. We booked a river facing junior suite, and received a good discount by booking for 7 nights and paying in advance. The suite was in the newer part of the hotel, and provided spacious...

Dear Steve Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to send us your feedback. We enjoyed hosting you for the ‘big birthday’ and pleased that you had time to bump into some of our resident tortoises. The Vineyard is truly a special place, with special people, thank you for acknowledging them. May I also...

This is a delightful hotel, with the stunning backdrop of Table Mountain behind. It has a first-rate pool and leisure centre and a variety of restaurants. The rooms are large, well-equipped, with excellent bath/shower rooms. The hotel has extensive gardens to its rear and these are a great mix of mature trees, shrubs and exotic plants. A stream runs through...

The views of the surrounding mountains are stunning, and the hotel grounds and gardens are beautiful. The hotel staff is very accommodating, including helping arrange local bookings and last-minute taxis. The house wine is delicious, and the eggs Benedict is phenomenal.

We stayed at the Vineyard during April while we were in Cape Town to run the Two Oceans marathon. This is an excellent place to be for a conference, seminar or workshop. The facilities are waoh! It seems like a small hotel until you get in and find expansive spaces. The glass all over makes every place well lit and one can enjoy the beautiful view all around.
