I have to support the other reviews. The house is a delightful colonial building Rooms have everything you need. Ours also had a lovely balcony. Breakfast was great The owners are very friendly and helpful. Parking is secure on sight. The niggles Why have the wifi password as 26 random numbers and letters. It is just unnecessary. A beautiful colonial style house opposite the golf course. The rooms are comfortable and have a favourable amount of privacy to unwind without worry. There is plenty of reading material to page through should you decide to stay in during your stay.

This is the second time we have stayed at Edward House because it was so lovely the first time. It is a place where you get a feel of colonial living in the city. Jen and John have a great eye for detail and know a lot about the history of South Africa. The rooms are charmingly themed and decorated...

Edward House is warm in all senses of the word - John and Jennifer are wonderful, welcoming hosts, and their home is a cozy spot from which to enjoy and explore Pretoria - or just to curl up on chilly winter nights. I was traveling for work so did not get to spend as much time at Edward House -...

Beautifully maintained and managed bnb. Absolute gem of a find, stayed for 3 nights and would've quite happily stayed longer. Rooms are spacious and luxurious, the little touches like the bath salts, stocked bookcase, bathrobes and thick luxury linen sets this beautiful guesthouse apart from the rest. Our hosts were friendly and we really enjoyed having long conversations with them....

Attention to detail is superb. The rooms and bathrooms are impeccable and the breakfasts are fresh and tasty. Edward House is one of the 'best value for your money' guesthouses to be found in the Pretoria area.

I have used this B&B several times before and each time is really excellent. Jenny and John take good care of you; the rooms are large and well appointed, the garden beautiful and the breakfasts all you need. Nice location if you need to be on the east side of Pretoria.
