Stayed here for 1 night in December and sorry to say but it could do with some TLC. Our lodge was ok but could be made so much nicer. Lovely surrounding's with breathtaking views. We ordered breakfast when we arrived but it was stone cold so didn't even bother the next morning.

What a lovely venue, quite rustic but well done. We stayed in cottage 7 which comes with its own private swimming that was heated. Lovely little deck where we had a private dinner. Very romantic, the staff were outstanding so polite and helpful. Really enjoyed this little getaway and felt like we were a hundred miles away from jhb.

We stayed at the lodge for just one night. At first I was glad that we would stay one night because of the lack of professionalism that was displayed by the guy that was at reception when we got there. Henry arrived and eased us into what turned out to be a beautiful night. The room was clean and our...

For our last night in Africa we had this booked for us by family who looked at the lovely pictures posted on the website and thought we would be treated to an awesome experience! It was an experience alright! We were taken to our tent which really was just a canvas tent on wooden stilts not much bigger than a...

What a brilliant surprised to discover this relatively sophisticated hideaway lodge close to Monash-SA. Food is good value and service excellent. Thoroughly recommended for a weekend away or just to pop for a breakfast en route to .....

Beautiful setting tranquil and clean. Excellent service from Henk to George. They went out of their way to look after us. The food is out of this world. This IS home from home and all this in the middle of a city.

This "lodge" does not even look half as good as it does on the website. We left within 30 minutes. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Had my wife in tears. What you see is definitely not what you get. They seriously need to do maintenance.
