During my stay at Strathavon Bed & Breakfast, I found its environment very comfortable and homely. With caring staff coupled with its value for money, I wouldn't think twice about booking my stay at Strathavon whenever I plan to be in Sandton and surrounding areas. Keep up the good job.

I liked the suggestion of saving our planet by unnecessarily over-washing the linen and towels we use daily. giving one the opportunity to choice whether the linen should be washed or not do make a... Excellent place to stay. Very safe, but the location was a little out of the way. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Good variety provided during breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff.

I was in sandton for a few days and needed accomodation that was close by and not outrageously priced. Strathavon was perfectly located in a quiete and safe neighborhood. Room was comfortable and impeccably clean. Great service and a willingness to go the extra mile to accomodate me as a guest and make my stay that much more pleasant.

The accommodation was small but quite adequate and the host was friendly and accommodating. He provided me with extra tea bags and also an iron and ironing board for the morning. The breakfast was continental but with a big bowl of delicious fresh fruit. All good.

The location is safe, quiet and reasonably close to Sandton centre. The greatest attraction is the price point because there is not much available in and around Sandton below the R700 mark. Its a place to do work from, not the most auspicious from the point of view of luxury and romance. For me, seeking access to the south side... More

Only if you like peace of mind like me, then this is your space.T his place is far from almost everything so you will have to be mobile or willing to use a cab should you want to go to the restaurants or the malls.

“The rose room is closer to the car park, so I would advise selecting another room if available to avoid hearing the other guests. The other rooms look onto beautiful green lawns and swimming pool.”
