Family of four expected 2 queen beds, but we were blown away that the room (223) had an extra room with a bed & tv!:D It smelled fresh and the carpet was new. It was not the cheapest one in town but for 80 bucks it is a very fair price for what we got!

We stayed for one night in room 107 and appreciated a spacious downstairs rooms which had new soft carpet and was exceedingly clean and fresh and comfortable. What more could you expect.......we we also found the staff at checkin friendly, helpful and welcoming after a long drive. The room has a sunny outlook towards a pool and has excellent wifi,...

Nice host even when we needed to check in after midnight. Room had a micro and refrig and the beds slept well. Restaurant nearby and a bar within a few minutes walk. Wasn't the cheapest motel in town, but worth the price.

Firs stay on our trip. Incredibly cheap, we didn't know what to expect of the rooms but ours was just fine. Mini fridge (that actually worked unlike at other far more expensive places we've stayed), microwave, hair dryer, TV, lots of hot water and good water pressure. The downsides was that the window in our room wouldn't open so it...

When I walked walked into the motel office it stank of curry I think. If your going to run a motel you need to make sure your not to have an offensive smell. I would have left and found another motel If I had not already booked my stay. The rooms were clean, had a cold fridge and microwave. The...

Hotel is an old style motor lodge. Room was clean but bed was hard. Drains were missing the plug so keep your jewelry far away. There is a train that runs all night and can be irritating. No air conditioning at this hotel. The breakfast is cereal, coffee, tea, bananas and apples along with some packaged Danish. Very minimalistic. Owners/managers were...

It is not much to look at from the outside but the rooms are very nice inside. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and very quiet, and the Calico restaurant across the street has great food. There is an ice machine and a soda machine, and breakfast is served in the morning.

Two nights on the 4th of July. Very resonable priced. Rooms were very clean and staff is excellent. I would recommend this hotel for anyone coming through Kingman. I would compare it to many chain hotels across the country that I have stayed in as being a better price and much cleaner.

This was a stopover stay, on way to Sedona, and we were pleasantly surprised at the fine condition and helpful staff for such a budget place! Two beds, fridge and microwave cost just $50 on a summer Friday night! The room was clean, great free Wi-Fi, very quiet and efficient A/C, and continental breakfast with good orange juice! I will...
