This was my second stay at the HCC. Let's face it -- the rooms are somewhat spartan, about the level of a Motel 6. But it's in the Center of the Universe. If you know anything about the Hopi people, you would understand that this is more than what you really need. We have visited several Hopi homes and found...

Really excellent for what and where it is. Simple rooms, but clean and everything you really need--expect maybe wireless and phone connections. The location is very remote so, phone reception is sparse. The hotel provides internet but it does not always work in all the guest rooms. But it is pretty dependable in the lobby. The food in restaurant is...

We stayed one night at the Hopi Culture Centre hotel in July. The location was a bit remote, and we got lost trying to find it. Did not know that it was on the main highway, and made a wrong turn at a sign for Second Mesa. However, it was a scenic drive, and we met severy very friendly residents...

room is clean and basic. we loved the restaurant. (blue corn pancakes, hopi lamb stew) , never got to see the museum as it seems to be open sporadically. loved our visit--most interesting due to our excellent hopi guide, bertram !

I was skeptical but my choices were limited as my plan was to make north rim by noon. You can do it leaving here by 8:00. The people were friendly and the culture was great to be around. Local native Americans sell hand made jewelry outside the next morning. I would have bought my daughter something if i had cash...

We stayed at the Hopi Cultural Center motel for 2 nights and had a fantastic experience. We ate at the restaurant there for all meals since that is the only option in the area but that was OK because the food was very tasty! Whether it was traditional Hopi foods or the American fare, it was all good. The vendors...

Although the location in general, is remote and it is the only hotel in the immediate area, the gracious kindness of the people more than made up for any deficiencies in the hotel. The hotel room environment is old but clean. The bathroom is very small but the shower was adequate and the soft water was a pleasant surprise -...

For those interested in learning more about Hopi culture and philosophy this is the best and only place to stay on the reservation. The room was clean and decent, facing the courtyard and reasonably priced considering the remote location. The food was copious and quite adequate. The best way to learn more is to take a half-day [or longer] guided...

Our room was very pleasant, clean, comfortable and quiet. Housekeeping was attentive. We wanted to be here because we had scheduled an all-day guided tour of the three mesas starting from the Culture Center. The quality exceeded our expectations. We had two dinners and breakfasts, all very tasty with prodigious amounts of food. Our overall experience there was very positive,...

The only place to stay in Hopi Land..that said, there is much to be desired here. We were put into a handicapped room, feels a bit odd..lots of wheelchair room around. The bathroom mirror reflects downward, lots of handrails. Acceptable, but not the bed bugs. Was bitten into my sleep 2 am. Woke up and told the night manager who...

We always take complain like this serious. We contacted the pest control after you left, and they did not find anything.
