We stayed her for 2 nights whilst exploring the Western Cape. We received a very warm welcome from the hosts Lou and Denise who were extremely helpful in giving us tips on things to see and places to go. We arrived on the evening of a 2 hour power outage and were given the best advice ever to go and...

What a beautiful hotel in a gorgeous little village! The hosts are so friendly and welcoming and despite hotels.com messing up the bookings (like every hotel on this trip!), everything was fixed quickly and efficiently. There are rooms in the main house and cottages outside if you want privacy. There are 3-4 parking spaces just in front of the garage...

We only had one night at Wilderness, but it was a comfortable and most hospitable stop-over. Denise and Lou were both very welcoming and friendly, and we enjoyed our chats with them. We had the impression that if we were to come back in the future they would remember us as they made an effort to get to know us...

We had a great quick getaway stay at Mont Fleur. The hosts, Lou and Denise, were wonderful and engaging in a way that really contributes to the relaxed vibe of Wilderness. The cottage was really nice and despite the cold weather outside it was cozy and comfortable inside. Breakfast was fantastic and we felt like they truly wanted to spoil...

We had two excellent days in Wilderness. Denise and Lou were great hosts - they went out of their way to ensure our stay was a good one. Their recommendations for dining and activities were perfect, and the breakfast is tasty and plentiful. As we were there at the end of the season (mid April), the nights were cold. The...

It is not a "full service" hotel but a B&B, but: Spending time on an South African beach, what is it you want to have when it comes to spending your nights? Whatever that is, you got i all in this place. Great location, sparkling rooms, even a pool to cool down... Our hosts, a gentleman from Chicago and his...

A really nice B&B in a beautiful, seaside village / town. The owners are very kind and helpful and made the stay very comfortable. The rooms are mainly mini cottages, so you really feel that you have your own environment. They are well fitted out, only minor things would be no A/C (though wasn't an issue at all) and the...
