What a wonderful experience!! Definitely one to repeat with family and friends. The hotel is divine and the game drives are amazing!!! The location and water hole allow you to see wild life while eating and relaxing by the pool. Spectacular!!!

From the second we arrived at this beautiful gem inside the Kruger National Park, we were amazed and treated like royalty! Every single staff member went out of their way to make our stay truly fantastic!! The rooms are brilliant with extreme privacy along the dry river bed. The food was EXCELLENT with enough variety for everyone. The presentation of...

Stayed for 3/4 days last week and it was my favourite part of my trip to Africa. I stayed in lodge 2 and think it was beautiful. There is a lovely turn down service while you're on the evening safari whichever really nice. The view from breakfast/lunch/dinner is of a water hole which constantly had animals surrounding it. We say...

We stayed one night at Imbali Safari Lodge in the Krueger National park. Our experience there was very good. The rooms are nice, staff is friendy. The only bad thing is, that they are not allowed to drive in open safari cars as the Krueger National Park requires a roof on every car. Our ranger was not too experienced and...

Dear Kimmenroth We appreciate your comments regarding your stay at Imbali Safari Lodge. As you mention, the canvass roof on the vehicle is a Park requirement, however the open sides still allow for the sense of being outdoors. We have taken heed of your comments regarding the guide. Thank you Dionne Collett

Great safari experience, great breakfast and overall great value/package for a non peak season. Friendly and helpful staff. The sleep quality would have been better without the endangered mouse in the room.

We enjoyed a memorable 3 days-stay in Imbali Lodge. Very comfortable accommodation in a perfect surrounding. We had wonderful game-drives with Oskar and have seen "The Big Fives" and many other animals. We liked the panaroma in front of the Dining terrace, watching the animals at the waterhole. We recommend this lodge very much.

Everything about this lodge is superb. The kindness and knowledge of the staff stands out. Oscar, our safari guide, is remarkable. It takes awhile to get to this lodge, but well worth the effort. If you drive make sure to give yourself time to enjoy the trip!

I stayed for two nights at Imbali Safari Lodge within a private concession in the Kruger National Park. I stayed at Imbali recently and I rate this as one of the best lodges to stay at, whilst in Kruger. Located 2 hours away from Hoedspruit airport, the only access is by road. Entering Kruger through Orpen Gate, it takes about 45 mins on an unpaved road to get here. Once there however, Imbali envelops you in comfort. With...
