I cant remember her name it has been ages but safari guide was so experienced. She was over 40 years old was specialist in elephants. She made really special this safari trip. The rooms are so well designed. The chandeliers and some days they did surprise with organising dinner in our room. I can't find much fault.

On our first visit 4 years ago 4 of us had the lodge and the excellent staff and guides to ourselves for our 2 days. This time 2 of us were there for 3 nights and very much enjoyed the company of the other guests that came and went. There is a great feel of camaraderie and shared experiences. Dinners...

I would like to be able to tell you that this place was nice. The other reviews make it seem like it is an OK place to stay. But unfortunately I can’t do that…and let me tell you why. After flying 8,000 miles to South Africa, 36 hours before I was supposed to check in, I get informed that Tshukudu...

The most amazing holiday we have ever experienced. Excellent service, food, rooms overlooking the waterhole, outstanding staff. Fantastic guides, Jill, Shawn and Gerrard. Close enough to the animals you think you could touch them. Right up there as the best place in the world to stay. Thank you Tshukudu for the experience of a lifetime. We will be back.

From the moment you leave Bakubung with Jaryod to reaching Tshukudu you know you are in for a special time. The Lodge set high within Pilanesberg National Park looking down on an active waterhole is superb and in keeping with the environment. From the moment you arrive at the lodge you realise you’re in for a treat. Set up high on the side of a hill the lodge complex sits nicely into its surroundings. There are a few steps to climb to get to the reception and your lodge, but it is worth it. The reception area has a bar and viewing...
