The Hotel is beautiful. The owner was welcoming and friendly, even allowed us an early check in. The staff was friendly. What turns me off was when we requested a powder milk, we were offered expired milk…to my shock coffee was also expired. There was a blood stains on the duvet and hair on the sheets in the twin bedroom. There were no shower caps. We requested them and they were never provided. I have complained to the Owner but all I received from her was “Sorry for an inconvenienced caused” Her response was very insensitive more especially during this COVID19 pandemic. It is a matter of HEALTH.

We went there after going to Sun City. It's about 50km from Sun City and trust me - the stay was more than worth every cent spent. The workers were very welcoming and the food was delicious not to mention the place was nice. We went there on Friday 27th December. There were lots of amenities as well that make the place much more pleasant. The place was sparkling clean. In the morning we got to taking pics around the the scenery was superb with duck ponds, swimming pools and more. Will be going back soon

We very impressed. The rooms are very clean and the workers was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the food fresh with a selection fruit salad, yogurt, breakfast cereal and English breakfast. Casual rooms are individually decorated and air-conditioned, and feature satellite TV. All contain minifridges, microwaves, and tea and coffeemaking facilities. Some have direct access to a garden, while a family room adds a lounge and a sofabed.

I stayed here for two nights on business and was met by Bernice and other the charming front office ladies who gave me the quietest room in the house so that I could work, ensured that I had a delicious vegetarian pizza for dinner and were wonderful to deal with. A lovely property with a pool for public use, a fountain for white noise while I worked, a gorgeous view over the balcony from my room, duck ponds with the sweetest mandarin geese in them and a beautiful garden all around. A very worthwhile stay and highly recommended.

We stayed over for a Saturday evening and loved the room, very spacious and with a fully stocked bar fridge and small kitchenette, a huge bed even a French press coffee maker – we were impressed. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the food fresh with a selection fruit salad, yogurt, breakfast cereal and English breakfast. The location is close to the CBD in a quiet street. There is secure parking and the security was good, we arrived at 02:00 in the morning from a function and were very grateful for feeling safe.

After leaving our previously booked Guest House near Sun City that had no electricity, we booked in quite late at night to the Rustenburg Boutique Hotel and were so relieved and charmed by such a friendly and comfortable place. A superb breakfast was on offer in the morning and fast wifi available. I cannot recommend them enough.

We had such a great evening at Rustenburg Boutique Hotel. We had our sundowner on the balcony, little exploration of the premises took photos of the ducks, great dinner buffet, and the staff was really professional. After a really comfortable night, breakfast did not disappoint. RBH is modern yet inviting and cozy. I will recommend them to everybody!

Well the welcome is very professional. And one can see that they are real people because they loved my kids and made it so comfortable for them to be accommodated. First day we had a cold shower but next two days it was hot again. The breakfast is a bit early finish at 9am. One day we wanted to sleep a bit late. The manager is friendly. Something that stands out for me is that it was so clean. Even house keeping during the stay was so clean and caring. And that's my most important request just be clean. They went above and behind my expectations. I will definitely stay there again. Breakfast was good as well. Oh and the fridge. My kids loved the fact that they could get a night treat. Mini bar was so nice.

Neat business-type hotel in fairly central, yet quiet location. Slightly more expensive than most other options in Rustenburg, but for a reason. Fair-sized, comfortable room. Everything is modern and well styled. The pool, while not huge, is larger than it looks in the pictures. Secure, shaded parking in the grounds. Breakfast is good, with adequate choice and daily variation. The manager, Talana, is friendly, helpful, and a true asset to the business.
