I have traveled all over the world and this guest house for me has been the best ever. The room is on the swimming pool and the view of the ocean is food for the soul. The Manageress is Layla and she is the kindest sweetest girl you could ever meet. I would highly recommend this Guest House to my...

The place is ideally located on the seaside promenade. Beautiful views from some rooms. It is in need of maintenance and a bit of investment from the owners. The manager and staff are all very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home.

We have been staying at the Craigrownie Guest House for the past 5 years. It needs an upgrade. The wifi did not work and so the TV. We battle to get the doors locked it might be either rusted or get replaced.

Dear Valued guest Thank you for the review, we are trying out best with the connection to wi-fi and tv. The doors are very tight, I agree, we are trying to either have them all changed or have them made easier to open and close. Sorry about your experience, we are working on all it. Kind regards Leyla

We experienced the most bizarre welcome at Craigrownie Guest House. The lady who welcomed us was dressed in her dressing gown and slippers! It is not like it was very late at night either.. It was only 6pm and there were other guests sitting in the lounge area and she was prancing around dressed like that. It was very difficult...

Dear Julescorndog Thank you for your review. I am sorry about your experience, we are in the process of changing the blinds. The guest that welcomed you in at 6pm was due to after hours check in and therefore she is a guest staying with us whom offered to assist me with the late check in. Our home is a...

The guesthouse is well positioned but badly managed. There's no one on site after 3pm to assist with problems that arise such as door knobs that are broken, TVs that don't work... And no response from anyone when you require an answer. Fruit in the fruit bowl was rotten and overall not a great experience. Parking is near impossible.

Door handle to room faulty; I was "imprisoned" in room until help arrived. Management leave the property at 15.00, so although manager attempted to repair this was not satisfactory and she then left. No one came from 15.00 until we left on Sunday. sms sent to management on 28.05.16 but no reply to date. Very bad crack in one window...
