We had booked a Luxury Superior Suite for 6 nights at this hotel through our German Travel Agent. The hotel voucher issued by their South African partner stated this. When we arrived we received a friendly welcome from the receptionist Alice and were given a key to room no. 204. When we had a look at the room we realized...

Dear Guest, Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience that this experience may have caused you. Your travel agent booked one of our Superior Suites and that was the room we reserved for you and which was paid for. It transpired upon arrival that you were under the impression that the booking was for a Luxury Superior Suite and...

Is Atlantic Affair a boutique hotel or a lodge? I thought it was a hotel based on the name, but it's actually a lodge that does not offer and food or bar facilities to their guests. Very misleading! My room was large and spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was small with little room to move. The basin is very modern...

Atlantic Affair is a luxury self-catering facility with a 4* grading. While we do not have a restaurant on the premises we are located in the heart of Sea Point well within walking distance of some of the best restaurants and various eateries in Cape Town. There are kitchenettes and mini bars in each room and a honesty bar in...

We arrived after dark and yet the staff were waiting to check us in. A secure, beautiful boutique hotel with modern accommodations and great service. Wine and glasses in each room, so after checking in we joined on friends in their suite to toast their wedding anniversary of 38 years! Too late to go out we retired for the evening....

My family and I had a lovely stay here. The rooms are cripsly fresh and very neatly kept with all the modern amenities. Reception staff always friendly and accomodating to assist with bookings and advice. The beds are MASSIVE!!!! and super comfy. I cannot fault this boutique hotel and would be definitely returning. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Great locality for a relaxing holiday to Cape Town. The Reception Staff were so helpful ,call a Taxi , Give Directions, Suggest Places to See Eat and Lots more. No sea view but plenty of other things going on to keep you amused. Room was a good size with the small kitchen area, full size Fridge , Kettle, Coffee Making...

All the positive reviews are spot on. An 8 year old modern property with very pleasant staff. Their reception hours ended at 8pm but we had late arrival and couldn't have been more pleasant. Check out Bootleggers Coffee less than a block away for breakfast, lunch or just fabulous coffee. Highly recommend this small boutique hotel.

Staff was excellent and extremely helpful/courteous. Room was very nice as advertised. Only negative is the hallway is open somewhat to the outside so if your a light sleeper it might bother you a little.

I’ve booked this hotel for 10 days, and I got a very positive opinion from the beginning. The staff is kind, the room (a small apartment with kitchenette – note there’s no breakfast included) is spacious and clean, and the decor is enjoyable. The internet works well, the daily cleaning is fine and the security is attentive. The location is...

All excellent in regards to quality, location, value, cleanliness, service etc. The only issue and 2 x negatives relate to size problems?! Firstly the TV - refer to photo - ridiculously small screen whereby plenty space for larger offering is available and costs relative to screens nowadays very negligible too. The other relates to ridiculous size and shallowness of basin...
