We stayed three nights. The hotel is in a good spot for the restaurants and night life in the city bowl in particular Long Street, which are all within walking distance. We had a room on the eighth floor it was fairly large and had a kitchenette although no crockery or cutlery so couldn't really see the point. The room...

We stayed here for 4 nights in February. We found all the staff very helpful and we had a great room with a view of Table Mountain. Breakfast was what you would expect, a mix of hot and cold plus fruit, pastries and bread. The only problem this hotel has is that on one corner of the block is a...

Stayed in this hotel for a night in third week of Feb 2016. Hotel staff is super enthusiastic and helpful. Rooms are big ,with gas -microwave etc in the kitchen. Toilets are clean but slightly smelly... Free wifi is provided but you have to be very lucky to get the signal. They have a swimming pool on the roof top...

Great location just off Long Street and a free shuttle to the V&A and Camps bay. My room was on the opposite side to Long Street and was perfectly quiet, except for a slightly noisy extractor fan. I was on the 15th floor and had a balcony, which was a real suntrap in the afternoon and overlooked The Lion's Head...

Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant waiters were well, some were excellent, others just ok and i avoid these ok waiters, they are...

Thanks again for a wonderful stay. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Coming back after five years the hotel and the staff did not disappoint. There were a few things that needs to be stepped up a bit, but nothing major. The electrical socket in the bedroom were loose and the waiter at the main restaurant was fairly new...

Stayed at the Pepperclub for one week. The hotel is in a perfect central location just around the corner from Long Street activities. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle to/from the V&A Waterfront and Camps Bay. Other positives: friendly staff; tasty dinner options; modern and clean rooms. Unfortunately, despite these positives, I was not impressed. The Pepperclub is a...

The room was fine, although you have little privacy from it when in the bathroom. The huge gap between the two windows meant the air-conditioning had to work overtime. Nothing as simple as a bin in the room itself, although there was a small one in the bathroom. No possibility for recycling. Don't be fooled by the photo of the...

Our stay at the Pepper Club Hotel & Spa was wonderful from check in to check out. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our room was cleaned daily and in the evening the staff would drop off fresh bottles of water and turn the bed down. The complimentary breakfast had a wide range of breakfast items. The restaurant Sinatra's for...
