Our travel agent recommended the MannaBay hotel as a great place to stay for our first visit to Cape Town and they are indeed correct: the MannaBay hotel is locate high above the city in a quiet area with a beautiful view directly from our room (Versailles suite). Staff was non-intrusive and always friendly and helpful. Great breakfast in the...

This is a gorgeous boutique hotel right on the edge of table mountain with great views of Cape Town and the bay. Each room has it's own theme and is well designed, and breakfast is served each morning. The staff was wonderful and assisted us with booking tours and dinner reservations, and all their recommendations were great. The chauffeur service...

From the moment you get there to the moment you leave, you are treated like Royalty! Breakfast was superb. They do not serve dinner but one night we ordered take-in and sat on the outside patio while they served us drinks! Also, one day we missed high tea, but they still brought whatever they had left out to us. I...

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon and we were not disappointed. The view from the Explorer Room was insane as we had the perfect view overlooking city bowl. There were interesting details in the room and around the hotel that really made the place special. Service was impeccable and every request was met with a genuine smile....

Manna Bay is a very special boutique hotel. They fulfill you every need before you even know you have it. We stayed there before and after a safari in Kruger National Park. They picked us up at the airport then took us back for our flight to the park and were there to bring us back and then to the...

Had a really beautiful time.... the best thing about this place is the privacy of the place. The staff are well trained and are really very friendly. The location is soo mesmerising and lovely. Travelling alone seems like the best option now, just because of this place.

Let's get one thing out of the way first: this hotel is not near the V&A Waterfront. Just about everyone who gave this place less than five stars here complained about the location (which is about 25 min away from the Waterfront). So, if you want to be close to the V&A Waterfront, DON'T BOOK HERE IN THE FIRST PLACE....
