Worth every cent for a luxurious treatment at the Spa! My husband and I had a couples massage at the hotel, and I completely loved our experience. The service was excellent, the environment clean and beautiful. Very worth it for a nice spoil.

This is a beautiful hotel with one of the best beds I've ever slept in! Very convenient right on the Waterfront where it is safe to walk and full of restaurants and shops and plenty to look at. The staff are very attentive and the restaurant is excellent.

I have been staying at the Cape Grace for many many years now and coming back again is like coming home. The welcome we have received from ALL the staff has been quite overwhelming. I have looked for signs of tiredness, fatigue, dropping of standards etc. You see these so often in hotels about which you become so familiar. At...

I'm not sure what it is about the Cape Grace that makes me love it so. This is our second visit and when the doorman says "welcome home", it almost feels that way. The decor is not overtly opulent - no cavernous double height entrance hall with big slabs of marble and cascading chandeliers. Some may say it's almost slightly...

We spent our last night in South Africa at the Cape Grace which gave us a chance to explore the V&A Waterfront a bit. From check in and bellmen to dining room and the hotel driver, every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. Signal, the hotel restaurant was a surprise - a delicious dinner as well as an...

Had the most fabulous stay. Staff are exceptionally good, very attentive and looked after all our wishes. They even made a special hot toddy for my wife suffering with a cold. 1st class hotel and service. Would recommend the hotel if you value quality and service. Thanks

We don't usually get to Cape Town in December but I am so pleased we had a chance to stay at the Cape Grace for a few days in December. They really do Christmas decorations beautifully, transforming the Reception area into a Christmas paradise. We even had a gorgeous tree in our suite and on each floor's landing there was...

My wife & I stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel's position is great - everything on the Waterfront is within easy walking distance. All the staff in the hotel were polite and couldn't do enough to help. The room we stayed in was very comfortable, quiet and had a great view of the harbour. I would return to this...
