We have stayed at this hotel a number of times over the years - and always viewed this as the best hotel in Cape Town, this trip just reinforced this view. The hotel and its staff are outstanding From the moment that you arrive, you are treated as a long lost family member and nothing is too much trouble. We...

We had a Table Mountain view room and the view, even with the "tablecloth," was amazing. The room itself was incredibly comfortable with a lavish bathroom area and extremely comfortable bed. When we told the concierge we wanted to take a quick tour of Cape Town on our own they insisted on sending us in the complimentary car to a...

Spent 4 nights at the Cape Grace Hotel in July for a family reunion - We were 22 in total - the hotel has a number of family suites that were perfect for us, each with 2 -3 bedrooms, a living room, dining room and kitchen. The hotel staff is fabulous, particularly the concierge and the front desk. The main...

This is my third visit over two decades and I like it more each time. The service is the best anywhere- each staff member is very friendly but extremely professional. They seem to anticipate you desires. Little things (like splitting and individually plating a room service sandwich when you say it is for two) makes one feel like a VIP....

My wife and I travel internationally extensively, and I can say without reservation that the Cape Grace Hotel is one of the best we have ever stayed at. The room layout, amenities, décor, and ambience are first rate. Staff service from check-in, concierge, and dining staff was flawless. And, the location at the V&A waterfront allows great views, dining options,...

Great location~ beautiful setting and view of table mountain, close to the V&A waterfront shopping and restaurants and marina. Great hotel! The staff were very courteous, polite, helpful and personable. Concierge was very helpful in dinner reservations and booking private excursions. Breakfast was awesome! Would definitely go back and stay there again.

We visited the Cape Grace for High Tea and what a great treat it was. For a modest price we received a beautifully presented array of sweet and savoury foods, with the option of complimentary refills until we were full. Excellent teas and world-class friendly service. The views are also magnificent. Highly recommended.

Great location for trips to the V&A waterfront shopping and restaurants. Staff are very good and friendly, views from the room was of table mountain and the quaint harbour. The seals sunbathing on the yacht moorings made me chuckle every morning. Breakfast was excellent and the bar definitely worth a visit for the cocktails! Although it is more world renowned...

We stayed at the Cape Grace for four days during our honeymoon and couldn't have had a better place to base ourselves for our visit to the Cape. The room was very cosy and perfectly designed, with beautiful views of the marina and Table Mountain. It was well located and a 3 minute stroll to the shops and restaurants of...

Easily some of the greatest customer service in the world. Nothing is too much trouble and is always serviced with a smile. Any additional things you may ask for they could easily charge for but they don't - it radiates class. From the doorman, to the waiters everyone is happy to see you and keen to help. It's such a...
