For what is supposed to be a top resort the service is terrible. No one is helpful and they act like they are doing you a favor when you ask for help. My advice, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Hi Steven, They made certain that we were aware of the current water crises in the area. Drinking water was replenished with bottled water and we were asked to use water sparingly when using the bathroom. They did request that we should try to ask for linen replacement only when we deemed it necessary. We never had the impression that they were policing our water usage, rather felt that they left the choice on us to act responsibly. The pool was fully functional when we were there and we made use of it on our last day while waiting for our transfer back to the airport. I would advise that you contact the hotel closer to your arrival date to ascertain, if the drought situation has changed at all.
