Friends had recommended. After 5 nights in Capetown we know there is no better location for walking and visiting various sites downtown. Exceptional front desk service and wait staff who remember you and use your name. Large rooms. Our twin beds were just fine. Highly...More
I stayed at this hotel for one week. The room was spacious and very neat and clean. The lobby was well lit, clean and modern. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. Most of all, the concierge on...More
Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The location was great for city centre access, being only 10/15 minutes walk from restaurants and tour pick ups. The Citysightseeing bus company has a yellow route stop outside the hotel, whereas the main Long Street pick up...More

The only restrictions we came across where to limit our use of water. For example, take shorter showers, don't run the water while brushing your teeth, etc. They also ask that you re-use your towels and linens rather than getting fresh ones every day which is something we see here in the states to conserve water, as well. Some cafes/bars we went to may have had hand sanitizer our rather than water to wash your hands. It really didn't impact our trip. It was an amazing vacation. Hope this helps!
