We opted to stay for only a night with my wife after realizing it wasn't really worth it. It looks upmarket and expensive but everything has a cheap feel to it. Mind you due to booking a double room late we were upgraded to a suite. However the lack of quality was still apparent. The shower was plastic, pillows were...

The Cape Town Lodge doesn't look much as a building, but inside it is wonderful and the service is fantastic and friendly. The room we had was large and clean and modern, very comfortable. The restaurant is excellent with a great menu and fantastic service. We had new Year's eve here and they went to a lot of trouble to...

I was upgrade to the loft with spectacular views of the Table mountain. Loft is equipped with a kitchen, there are free coffee and welcome aperitif. Rich and diverse breakfast. Hotel restaurant offers the most delicious snails that I've tried. Internet is paid.

I had a great experience at Cape Town Lodge. I was upgraded to one of their lofts and it was spectacular. The room was incredible, very clean, and amazing views. The staff was helpful in booking tours and car service. The location is great and not far from many of the local attractions.

A hidden gem in Cape Town. Not far from Long Street. The rooms are wonderfully decorated and are very comfortable. The bar fridge is stocked up for your convenience but whatever you decide to nibble on is charged to your room. There is room service and a buffet and restaurant. Great Stay! Definitely worth it.

Better than average for a 'city' hotel. Clean, good sized rooms, comfortable beds (pillows could be a bit 'softer'), substantial breakfast with plenty of choice. The Cape Town Lodge is good value for it's central location. The only let down is the cost of accessing the hotel WiFi. Only 'sold' in 500 MGB which may be required for a 'very...

We love Cape Town Lodge Hotel. The Hotel Manager, Cindy, makes every possible effort to accommodate our needs and make our stay perfect. Frank the bartender probably has a secret masters degree in psychology, making every guest feel good and uplifted. As with the rest of the staff, we have never met a more welcoming and service minded group of...

Great hotel central to most of the things to see and do in Cape Town, the staff are very friendly and efficient, rooms very nice and well appointed with wifi etc, the restaurant was really good with great service, good food, and well priced. There is a bar, but for me I didn't enjoy it as they have a smoking...

One night stay, check in efficient and painless, room clean, breakfast buffet a normal average hotel breakfast, coffee room for improvement, The Butcher shop steakhouse on the hotel premises, steaks were average ok. WiFi ZAR 300 the one negative. So for quick in and out at a good price and easy accessible location you can do worse.
