Stayed here for 3 nights in 2nd floor junior suite.Whilst it was spacious it had a bath in the room and the space would have been better used as a sitting area.Apart from that the hotel was overall very good with helpful staff particularly at reception for trips, taxis etc.You can walk around the City Centre to museums, sights etc but only...

The hotel's in a safe part of town, central to all the tourist spots.we stayed in a family room which was more than adequate for my husband,2 year old daughter and myself. Beds were very comfy and the room was cleaned well daily.Breakfast was good with friendly staff and yummy cooked meals. There's a fee of R45-00 for parking daily which...

Stayed for a week while visiting my daughter. My first time in town. Solid facility. Staff happily attends your every need. Rooms small but quite trendy and well maintained. Morning breakfast well worth getting the package deal. Found numerous spectacular restaurants and tourist attractions accessible via walking. Plus cabs quite reasonable but let the hotel get you the better ones....

The cooked breakfasts leave a lot to be desired - even when the order is specified it still came out in edible. By the 3rd morning we'd learnt to only have the continental. Service was below average as well. Better for dinners

Location is brilliant, you can walk almost everywhere from this small boutique hotel. Our 6th floor room was a bit on the small side but had nice views on two sides, the bathroom was spotless with a big shower. Though the soap-dish fell off on first use and wasn't replaced while we were there. The restaurant is good and has...

We arrived at the Townhouse Hotel at the worst possible moment. The hotel was full to bursting with a cruise ship changeover, the hotel laundry equipment went on the blink and every available seat and space in the public areas was taken. The staff tried their best to keep everyone happy during this difficult period but the tension was rising!...

Centrally located in a quiet part of town. Nice large rooms. Clean and modern. Lovely buffet breakfast and dining options. Only criticism would be the front desk staff who were unhelpful and disinterested - shame, since they are the first point of contact.

I had a very pleasant stay here: the rooms are truly attractively furnished, the staff so friendly and helpful, and it is within walking distance of the Centrum, though, sadly it becomes seedy - and dangerous - at night time. Please do not walk around at night time, especially if you are alone/female.
