We have stayed at the hotel 4 times and find the staff lovely and helpful. The hotel has an Eco tourist vibe with hand made soaps and bathroom products. We returned for our fourth stay this feb with our three month old son. The staff were incredibly helpful with him and assisted us with carrying him while we ate breakfast...

We stayed at the Cape Heritage for a week and had a really wonderful stay. It is a lovely hotel with incredible staff who go out of their way to help you. We have a 10 month old and they could not have been more accommodating. We would definitely recommend them.

Great hospitality, friendly, unique heritage hotel, in vibrant centre. Great breakfasts, art & loved how the rooms on the opposite side of the hallway were opened to see the vista through to the other side of the building! Close parking nearby. Loved the Large heart shaped biscuit. A nice touch.

Charming hotel in a great location for those looking for somewhere in central Cape Town. Top quality fixtures and fittings, with each corridor and room bursting with character. Staff could not have been more helpful, providing breakfast and facilities for a shower despite our very early arrival, and they insisted on providing recommendations, directions and a multitude of other helpful...

We spent three delightful nights. Outstanding - location and service. We rarely have had more friendly and helpful service - from planning transportation and dinners to advice on sites. Rooms are good size and spotlessly clean. Breakfast is included and good. Parking is across the street in the lot and included in the tab. Gas station is one block away...

This place is beautiful and the staff are amazing. We had a great time and wish we could have stayed longer. Breakfast here is fantastic. staff bend over backwards. Surrounded by great restaurants and only a short walk to markets and cape town attractions. Will definitely be back!

Super hotel in a great location. The staff were as good as staff in much better hotels(worldwide). They were caring and attentive. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Cape Town. The shared square allowed use by several nice restaurants as well as a location for your breakfast.

This was our third stay at Cape Heritage and it just gets better each time. You could not ask for more helpful and friendly staff. This, and the wonderful period rooms, easy walking access to all of central Cape Town's attractions and wonderful restaurants literally just next door make it a perfect place to stay in this wonderful city.

I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. From the moment we arrived Sam, TeeJ (I hope I spelled his name correctly) and the rest of the staff were so welcoming and accommodating. The hotel was decorated very funky. My room was very large (including the bathroom) with quality linens and bath products. The breakfast very tasty. In regards...

Excellent service, fantastic location right next to chef warehouse(one of our favourite restaurants) and gorgeous rooms. One of the most luxurious bathrooms we've seen. Highly recommend this hotel in Capetown.
