The Hotel is very nicely decorated. Helpfull staff. Okay breakfast. But unfortunatly very noisy. What looked like a garden on the website turned out to be the teracce of several restaurants. So if you like a quiet place this is not the one.

Very nice Boutique hotel in City centre, very central and easy access. Room facing Bree Street very noisy. Breakfast nice, but taste and presentation of the warm breakfast can be improved. Beautiful style, design and decor. Good service.

We arrived to cape town after they had arranged for an airport pickup. The hotel was really special and intimate. I enjoyed the lovely deep bath tub in the room for a long soak after the flight. I slept like a rock in the comfy bed and enjoyed the breakfasts as well. Especially nice was the cool bistro and also...

First of all the Service was amazing from all the staff though We have to single out Bamford as a perfect example of the "nothing is a problem" front of house man! The rooms are clean light airy and spacious. The only negative thing you could say was the TV was dated... not an issue though because the nightlife in...

The rooms are well appointed and have their own theme. The service was first rate and very helpful. There are several popular restaurants located on or around the property. The location is central and blocks way from great shopping, eats and the Bo-Kaap neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

I don't usually stay at fancy hotels but got a special discounted price from booking so I said why not. You can get the colonial age feeling the second you walk in through the door, but it is by no means old. The rooms were very nice, clean, well equiped, comfy bed. Very wide choice for breakfast including a selection...

I found the hotel via trip advisor and was not disappointed. The staff was professional, friendly and efficient. The rooms were large and in excellent taste. In short I recommend this place with no reservations.

Our visit to Cape Town was at the end of May, South African winter, so not really the ideal time to stay in a hotel by the sea, and we decided to look for somewhere centrally located, with old world charm. We plumped for the Cape Heritage and were not disappointed. Our suite was very spacious and comfortable, with a large...

If it is a good hotel, yes it is. Good service and strongly friendly staff. Not recommended for honeymooners or couples, as its location isn't quite good for enjoying the city and everything it has to offer. Quite far from the beaches and the most interesting area (in my humble opinion). Breakfast could be MUCH better too.
