We stayed 4 nights. We were picked up at the airport ( extra cost for transfer) and brought to the door, at first glance we were not too sure as there is obviously some work being done to the front wall. We were welcomed by Sybil who showed us around and to our room. The room itself was decorated nicely,...

Nestled between Town and Camps Bay, this guest house is ideally situated, not to mention its close proximity to the night life. The Buffalo private sweet boasts a beautiful balcony, comfortable and a study of sorts. The facilities are really exceptional and the staff helpful and accommodating. My wife and i enjoyed the stay. The view of table mountain is inspiring...

I'm writing this review to endorse and thank The Lions on a wonderfully special occasion for myself and my wife. We could not be more thrilled with our entire experience from the moment we found out about The Lions. We were so fortunate to be in close proximity to this trendy and spectactully beautiful area of Cape Town, Kloof Street...

My biggest regret was staying here for just 1 night. Great location, near Kloofneks best restaurants, walking distance. Between Table Mountain and downtown. Perfect for the average tourist. Run by great people, great views, excellent outdoor garden.

Absolutely loved The Lion's Guesthouse! Within easy reach from CTICC even for cab drivers, I definitely recommend this property. Antony was very helpful and understanding from my first call. I felt at home and comfy from our first arrival, wish I could bring that fluffy duvet home. Also, with its high-speed wifi free of charge, it's a must book!

There's not many places you can find a treasure to stay at with a garden in Cape Town's concrete jungle, but at The Lions, you not only have grass to sit on and enjoy soaking up some afternoon sun, there are fruit bearing trees if shade beckons on a scorcher of a day! And then there's the fantastic view of...

My family stayed in 2 of the rooms here for 4 nights. We had a wonderful time. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were neat and clean, the staff was very welcoming and helpful, and the common living room and common kitchen were comfortable and well appointed (nice water cooler in the kitchen). My kids liked the back yard garden...

“We had a few nights in the Whale Room which was very compact, but in the garden, so was quiet and with views of Table Mountain. We had an additional night later on in our trip and had the Lion Room, this was a beautiful, spacious room, but was near the road, so there was traffic noise and no views!”
