We spent 4 nights at Cape Cadogan and were very pleased. The room was well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and very spacious bathroom. My only complaint was that the room was quite dark, with only a small window. Brighter lighting would have helped. The private patio was accessed through the huge bathroom. We could hear the thumping of music from...

We had a wonderful 2-night stay in this classic and classy hotel. Breakfast was fantastic, the staff very cordial and helpful. Kloof Street, with its many restaurants and shops, is a half-block away, and a 20min walk will get you to the Red Bus tour office.

Feels like you are staying in a big mansion. Decoration is tastefully done and staff was helpful in checking and arranging our sightseeing requirements. I found the bed ok but my husband did not like it.

This was the perfect place to stay with such a great relaxing atmosphere. The staff goes beyond to make you feel welcomed and is so accommodating. The breakfast was awesome, and if your excursion is early in the morning, they will pack a breakfast for you. Our suite was very spacious. I highly recommend Cape Cadigan!

We couldn't have hoped for a nicer place to stay coupled with amazing service. The room was spacious, light and modern but the hotel maintains the C19th charm that makes it one of Capetowns historic buildings. The staff were exceptional. Always on hand with advice on what to do and where to go. However, we have to extend a massive...

We spent 4 nights at the Cape Cadogan in April 2017 at the beginning of our honeymoon. Everything about the hotel was above and beyond our expectations. If/when we go back to SA we will 100% be staying here again. Location: Initially when we arrived we thought maybe a beach location would've been better, but we didn't realize how central...

I am in love with boutique hotels and we felt spoiled after staying here. The hotel was gorgeous, the people were great, and the transportation provided by the staff was excellent! The location was very nice and the building had so much character.

From its positioning to every minute detail this hotel is wonderful! It has convenient access to Table Mountain(the room had a view of it too), or it's free shuttle can take you to V&A Waterfront. It is also within walking distance to some nice restaurants and shops. The room was big, spotless clean, with all necessary amenities. The afternoon snacks...

We were delighted with the superb and friendly service from all employees at Cape Cadogan. The hotel is in a convenient residential location near to restaurants and nightlife and tourist attractions. I suffered an illness during our stay and the hotel staff were very helpful in getting me an appointment at a local doctor's surgery, and the hotel manager even...

“I rated the room as average only due to a poor wi-fi connection. The room was otherwise excellent! Wi-fi was important to us because we were so far from home and needed to be able to stay in touch. It may not be an issue for other travelers. ”
