The place was really clean, staff friendly and welcoming. For someone who was visiting the city for the first time, the fact that the hotel is situated centrally is an added bonus. The food was also not bad and as a side note,I absolutely loved😍 your chocolate muffin.

The Cape Diamond Hotel is located very near to Parliament- so close you could walk there in a few minutes. It is well priced and clean. However, a guest house or b&b would offer greater comfort. The street noises (traffic, loud people) filter up to the rooms. The rooms are basic. The restaurant menu is ok. Given an option I...

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, good rooms, although a little small. Only minus: the internet should be free or cheaper. Stayed there for two nights while visiting my daughter. Prices are very reasonable and the location could not be better: across from the delicious Eastern Food Bazar and a block away from Company's gardens.

Very poor communication from hotel staff. Rules and regulations are not outlined and Internet service is also very poor. Management is not helpful at all. The hotel is located at a good place but not recommending it to any friend or someone who wants to peacefully enjoy their trip.

The reception staff of Cape Diamond is great. Very professional and bilingual (English and French) The location is great, very close to all shopping mall, banks, restaurants. Cleanliness of the room is their paramount. I did not use any taxi because of the location which was close to all places I was supposed to go.

Good friendly staff and service. Delicious breakfast spread, fresh and tasty. Fluffy Pillows and queen sized bed made for excellent sleeping. Only thing is you can hear the elevator going up and down from your room, but it's background noise, did not disturb my sleep.

Apart from being disappointed by the internet service at the hotel, I loved the rest of the stay during by trip in Capetown. I loved its proximity to the public transport station at Adderlet street and CTICC.
