Booked the studio apartment for two nights . Trying to communicate with the manager Mai to arrange collection of the keys for the studio was very poor and we were left not knowing how to collect the keys up until the day before we were due to checkin , this left us a little anxious . On first impression the... More

I paid for 4 nights in this place based on the pictures and got a decent deal on the price through Daddy's Deal (which let me down also in terms of support). I got there and it smelled like the place had not been opened in a couple of months. There was a strong musky mouldy smell. My girlfriend and... More

We stayed in the Penthouse for a week in early November and it was heavenly. We spent most of our time on the penthouse pool deck which is totally private: one has a sense of limitless sea, sky and quiet. The sidewalks, beaches and roads were very hot and busy but we felt 'protected' in our idyllic, tranquil, cool &... More

The view is out of this world. After taking a few tries via email to contact agent, we finally called and were given the penthouse apartment for the villa price as the other villa was taken. Stayed two nights and loved it. The kids loved the roof top pool but all the water landed on the below balcony. 400m to... More

Never got to stay due to appalling admin and and lack of proper communication.Online booking service constantly just send automated messages with no personal contact at all. When you follow the procedure and send the booking forms numerously they never respond or email is lost or phone calls not answered. If you complain about this you get told there is... More

We stayed here for 4 nights with 2 other couple friends of ours. For what we paid, we were expecting luxury and the corresponding level of service. While the property is nice and has lots of potential, the staff that runs the property is not of high caliber and we expected more. Our check in was a little late since... More

Stayed here in January for 5 nights and it was everything I'd expected. The apartmnent was well equiped and well serviced with breathtaking views. The road in front is busy (and noisy) a small price to pay for being in one of Cape Town's top areas. Beach and eateries really close by. Table Mountain is just 5 minutes drive away.

We had the best time ever in this beautiful studio apartment. The views are stunning - just the road separates you from the sea. Great waking up to it, windows run the full length of the apartment to maximise the views. Loved sitting in the small balcony or in the common balcony with my tea or wine just watching the... More

“Do realize that this place is located on a busy road and you'll have to endure the sounds of traffic from quite early. Can be a challenge to get in and out of garage at peak traffic times. The main swimming beach and restaurants is a 10-15 minute walk away. There are some stairs to climb though not that much, theres no reception and porter.”
