This magnificent tranquil place hidden in Knysna is a place not to be ignored. On Arrival we were welcomed and shown to our cottage, the people there were so friendly and helpful. Our stay was only for two nights but was a realy enjoyed. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

The wooden deck / walk way to rooms were very slippery. Although it was over two very rainy days, I will recommend sandblasting to avoid injuries. All of us fell at least once due to the slippery walk way.

Thanks for the review and valuable tip - we have purchased a high pressure washer and now regularly blast our walkways to avoid any further mishaps! Hope you will come back next year for the wine tasting to test drive them!!! Warm greeting and best regards from all at Bamboo

My wife and I spent our first anniversary here and it was as magical as when we stayed here on our honeymoon last year. The staff and owners are super friendly and helpful, it's like being with family you didn't know you had and instantly getting along with everyone.
